I’m a new patient with issues with my contacts. Dr Boyd and her team were great! They continued to help me and found the right fitting contacts for me. Lisa was awesome! She provided samples to try and then expedited my order. I would highly recommend them.

So disappointed my initial visit was great but yesterday my husband wanted his lens changed. They were very rude to him. It says in their site they do it but they gave a bunch of excuses. I later called up there to ask if they do the lady that answered said yes. I asked her why she gave my husband a hard time when he came in and again she gave a bunch of excuses when I asked to talk to a supervisor she hung up. We will never be back.

in a nutshell, the $10 glasses from Costco is far more superior in every aspect than that I had received from the eyeDr for hundred of dollars 1- I went to Dr. Franchi (top opthamologist in the area) to do eye health tests and got a prescription. 2- took prescription to eyeDr near my house. I was helped by male staff member, his service was less than average and he tried to push and sell stuff that should come as standard in any eye glasses nowaday. 2- glasses were lost for nearly a week. 3- the quality of the lens of these progressive glasses are sub average and can be blurry/distorted especially at the peripheral ends... you have to for the peripheral side of the glasses extra apparently to be able to see... anyway waste of hundreds of dollars and I reverted back to the cheap costco glasses to be able to see without headache.

Dr. Connolly and his practice are a scam!!! Never been to a worse eye doc. office than this place. I will never be returning (and i made that aware to them) and I still receive emails, texts, and phone calls. Rude staff, alone with the doctor. He accused me of “stealing” contacts because the front desk assistant gave me extra samples. Thats on her end, not mine. I never asked for extra, but it allowed my supply to go longer than he expected. Mind you, this was in 2020 and I still get automated messages atleast once a week.

Only glasses place I’ve ever gone to and have never had a bad experience! Went yesterday my old glasses were completely broken in half and taped together, I asked if they could do anything for me and during my appointment they found an old pair of frames they had laying around and but my lenses into them for free so I had a pair until my new glasses come in! Love love love the staff there

Worst customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. Every single person in there was rude and not helpful. Instead of being kind and understanding that it was the first time in there, they were rude and rolled eyes at us like we were idiots. I don't recommend coming to this branch. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road to another location. We both have been to other optical locations, but wanted to try somewhere new. So we weren't completely ignorant of what was needed. So unfortunate that people can't hide their facial expressions or rudeness and be a good customer service person. Do that in the back or when they leave, not so the customer can see.

I was having some difficulty with my vision that I never experienced before and was pretty anxious about getting it checked out right away. I contacted Pearle and they said they would call if they were unable to confirm any of the afternoon appointments. I also tried 2 Optimeyes locations; one had me on hold for 15 mins and said the manager told them they could not fit me in until next week . The Troy Optimeyes was one of the most unprofessional exchanges I've had with an optical practice . I called and listened to the person who answered the phone continue wrapping up a conversation she was having before even saying hello. and after explain what was going on ans the fact that I was pretty concerned , she was basically was just like, " no, there is nothing we can do for you today.". When I called Frazer ( previously Manzo Eye Care) and explained all the same symptoms I had gone over with the other offices, the woman I was speaking with immediately told me that they would ( not could, mind you) WOULD get me in. I saw Dr. Kate Vanderhoof and I can say that she and the entire staff there were outstanding. I was very comfortable and everything was well explained . I highly recommend the team at Manzo/Fraser Optical in Royal Oak.

Great team and I've been seeing Dr Manzo for 15 years now. I always come away feeling like I understand his observations and the whole staff has personality and are so professional.

Love seeing Dr. Manzo, he’s always friendly, happy to see me, and knows what to do with any issue I bring with me! The office staff is very kind, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend Fraser Eye, Royal Oak office.
