Sometimes you just know you've found the Right people for the job. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. I also take huge notice of folks that are willing to help fix issues, and they went above and beyond. I worked with them to replace lenses in my favorite Persol sunglasses, and the first replacement set had a flaw, so they took them back without any additional questions and even upgraded the lenses further to ensure there wouldn't even be a chance of another issue happening. I hope they're proud of their staff, because they are actively working to be the kind of company culture and atmosphere that will keep them around for another 100 years.

It’s been one week since I had Lasik eye surgery with Dr. Faktorovich at the Pacific Vision Institute and I am still in disbelief that after over 20 years of using glasses, I now have 20/15 vision in both eyes! I have three small children so it was important for me to be able to recover and see quick. Thanks to Dr. Faktorovich and her team I was already reading street signs on the very same day of the surgery! By the next day I was already driving, and completely normal! Since the day of my surgery, I have had no issues and I am grateful at how quickly and painlessly Dr. Faktorovich was able to get me perfect vision. Not only is Dr. Faktorovich an amazing Dr. and truly great at what she does, but she also truly cares for her patients. She took her time to answer every single one of my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Every time I went in for my consultations, the entire staff in the clinic was so kind and very welcoming. Even through the surgery the entire team calmed my nerves and made me feel much more relaxed and reassured me that everything would be okay. I feel like part of the Pacific Vision Institute family! The bed side manners from everyone in this office were absolutely amazing. The procedure itself took no longer than ten minutes and believe me when I say that I did not feel an ounce of pain throughout the entire process! I honestly can not think of anything wrong to say about my entire experience. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about lasik eye surgery to come see Dr. Faktorovich and all her amazing colleagues and staff because you will be in great hands!

10/10 would recommend. 12/10 will return.

I went to Blue Valley Eye Care because a friend of mine recommended the lady that does the glasses Laura. When I walked in, the girl was on her phone, and never looked up at me. After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged i finally asked to speak to Laura. They told me she wasn't there and they would not tell me anything to help me find her. The new glasses lady is inexperienced and arrogant. She was trying on glasses and looking at herself! Very odd.i later found Laura working at Blue Valley Vision just down at 135th and Antioch.

Customer service was so great, they solved my issues in less than 10 minutes. I was literally having a mini heart attack and she saved my life. Ask for Margaret , super friendly and engaging.

Great experience! The entire staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Gordon was amazing! He made us feel like we’ve been clients there for years on our first visit. No wait, optimal exam time, and nice selection of frames. I definitely recommend Gordon eye care!

Dr. Taylor was awesome. Sheridan was great. Today I was able to get in there and order my glasses, Tara was alone and she was wonderful also. Her trainee came back from lunch and was very pleasant also
