They are an extremely thorough doctors. Have two locations. They have saved both my parents visions. One with Glaucoma and other with Cataract surgery. They are busy but very good. Too bad i live far from them now but before used to get there and feel confident with accurate exam and accurate diagnosis. Very caring, knowledgable, patient doctors and professionals.

Dr. Cianni is very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Her office staff is welcoming and friendly. I’ve been going to Dr. Cianni in the Langhorne office and will continue to trust my eye care to her.

The Dr D was extremely professional. He spoke to my husband and myself in a manner we could understand. He made special arrangements so he could follow up on my progress. Very impressive. I'd highly recommend him

Rude and snippy receptionist over the phone take your business elsewhere.

I have worn eyeglasses for nearly 40 years and have a fairly complicated Rx. I have never had a better experience with an eye doctor. Sunnybrook is not in my insurance network but I am willing to pay out of pocket for the high level of care by doctor and staff.

Everyone is always patient with me as I use my cane. Dr Hull is always kind, patient & easily answers all my questions.

I went to East West I institute only to get prescriptions put in some glasses that I already had. But while there I did purchase another pair of glasses. I was treated very nice the feedback that I received in regards to some of the glasses that I tried on was really good they made sure I left. They are satisfied, which I am satisfied.

If your eye health is a priority, as it should be, please don’t go anywhere else! I made that mistake and Dr. Grant and his amazing staff so graciously corrected my terrible prescription I received from a tele-health eye exam place. I gave this place so many tries! The waiting room staff are friendly in person, but will never answer your phone calls or call you back. This has happened to me on four separate occasions. The doctors who do all the basic eye checking have a ton of attitude and are rude, not professional at all. The eye doctor himself rescheduled on me 3x, I ran out of contacts in the meantime! And don't even get me started on ordering contacts through this company. The amount of times they just didn't place the order, so I'm literally waiting 2 months for my contacts only to find out they never even ordered them but still charged me. Multiple times they have over charged me as well. I will never go back, horrible disorganized place.

Dr. Lewis & his team are the best! When I moved out of state for about 5yrs I used to schedule appts for when I was in town for the holidays. Great team & great provider!
