Wendy charged full price for $99 frames under insurance for loss when substituted from $197 frames and neglected to make them autogrey. Prism testing, which is free everywhere else I've been for the last 41 years due to my expense is $45 or more, non-negotiable. When initial cost didn't match the amount advertised, Michigan bounty law was ignored.

Really nice people at this location. Wendy was really helpful, had to work hard to figure out my insurance but stuck with it. Got an eye exam and the Doctor (had it 12-18) was so nice and cordial. I didn't end up buying glasses just yet but it didn't effect their level of service one bit.

I have dealt with Wendy for the last two years, I believe since having a whole new crew there... I love her, she is very pleasant and helpful. I will not go anywhere else for my optics. Wendy is awesome!

My girlfriend recommended Eyeglass World to me. I’m so glad I went there. The doctor was very thorough and the girl up front whose name is Charrie was absolutely wonderful she helped me pick out my glasses which I really love and she was very knowledgeable. I made an appointment for my husband, and when he went, he was very pleased with Eyeglass World. Because of Charrie we will continue to go to The Auburn Hills location we were treated very well, and I believe she is a great asset to the company.

This is the second time that I have come here to get my glasses. They spend all kinds of time helping you pick out attractive frames and when you pick up your glasses, they again spend time adjusting them so they fit your face and behind your ears correctly. I am very pleased with both pairs that I have purchased, and the customer service has been outstanding !

My exam was smooth. The examiner was very knowledgeable and he took his time to walk me through everything. Amanda was so sweet. She provided me with every detail I need to get my contacts and glasses. Options, turn around time, etc. She was extremely patient with my frame decision. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would recommend anyone to go to SVS with their eye care needs.

I was greeted with a warm hello and smile. My exam was was amazing. Nothing extraordinary happened but the examiner really listened to my concerns and took additional time to consider a deeper examination (which I was referred). I felt very included in my care as opposed to just being pacified with the other wise typical answers. While I was looking at frames, they were not overbearing at all which I absolutely love however, did let me know (& feel confident) about asking them for assistance if needed. When I found my frame, the assistant was accepting & encouraging feedback from my daughter who couldn’t come with. A quick picture and wahlah! I really recommend this SVS on Squirrel Rd, Auburn Hills.

I am very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Ruby. He takes his time to explain and answer any questions I may have. He also has a good sense of humor and makes you feel very comfortable and his staff is great.

Dr. Ruby described the testing (retinal imaging) I was to undergo and reviewed the results sharing and explaining the actual imaging. He thoroughly and clearly answered all my questions giving me confidence in the care I was receiving.
