We just had the most awesome and smooth experience with Michelle. We needed an emergency repair and she completely took care of my 13yo daughter. We ended up getting new frames that she loves. I can’t thank her enough.

Such a lovely experience going to this office for the first time. I had never had an eye exam before and the whole process was throughly explained to me and I felt comfortable every step of the way. Kind staff and Dr. Schauffele was excellent. Thank you!!

Overall amazing people! Every time I go there everyone is welcoming and kind. They make the appointment quick and efficient so you aren’t stuck waiting around for a while. They never rush you to pick out glasses and always help find styles that are right for you. Love it here. I will always be a customer!

I came here because I read all great reviews about this place. And they have exceeded my expectations! Jordan has exhibited wonderful customer service and great professional skills! The glasses were fixed in 10 min and I had a smile as a bonus! What a wonderful place! Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ INCREDIBLE Experience! From the moment my husband and I walked in, it was 5-star service all the way. We were welcomed by Aaron, the GM, who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, along with Nicole at the front desk and every single person we encountered — we immediately knew this was the place. What sets them apart is that they don't try to sell you glasses. They actually listen to your needs and are genuinely intentional about meeting them. The biggest reason I came in was because of Rob, the optician — and he exceeded every expectation. He is sweet, caring, and an absolute genius at what he does. When I picked up my glasses today, he made sure they fit perfectly and that my vision was exactly right. The level of care he showed both me and my husband was remarkable. Rob has an amazing gift, he is discerning, intuitive, and goes so far above and beyond that it's hard to put into words. He is exceptional in every single area. Thank you, MyEyeDr. St. Augustine, for the standard of excellence you bring to this community. We are customers for life!

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and answered my questions satisfactorily. The eye exam was the most comprehensive I've ever had. I was glad Dr. Barnhorst reviewed the results at the time rather than requiring a follow-up visit. I am confident Teri will be accurate in performing the measurements on the lens. In summary, I feel comfortable that my eyes are in competent hands with the Barnhorst group.

Staff was fantastic. Very helpful in picking out lenses. Couldn’t be happier until I discovered how you set up the system. I was so unhappy when I discovered that there is a separate purchase after the first. They should be combined if buying glasses lenses and dr visit. The additional $100 dr apt truly put me in a very hard position after payment was collected from me already. Just bad business practices.

It's been almost a month and no call from them if my prescription glasses is ready. Called them and they said they forgot to place my order.

I had an eye exam and purchased glasses from this location. The exam and purchase went great. I got all the coatings and paid extra for anti scratch. Got a scratch on my glasses. I was told it is normal wear and they wouldn't replace them. Why did I pay extra for scratch protection? I'll never buy another pair from Walmart they are just a ripoff. I have a backup pair that I got from an online dealer who have been 100% happier with their customer service than Walmart. From now on, they can do the exam, and I'll order my glasses online.
