Let me start by saying all the nurses I came in contact with are like angels sent from heaven to help. Even though Dr. Z is a patriots fan, he is a great doctor who you can tell really cares about his patients. I felt very safe and comfortable being treated at this place. Eyes are important and this place does an incredible job. Thank you again for all your help.

I would give ZERO stars it if that was an option. Really wasn’t expecting to have my intelligence insulted, when going for an eye exam! I chose not to fill out the OPTIONAL portion on the back of a form. I was then asked “Why I didn’t fill it out?”, followed by a sarcastic “HOW WELL DID YOU DO IN SCHOOL?!” Really?!..I can take a joke, But this was straight up INSULTING and UNPROFESSIONAL I told Dr. A that I didn’t appreciate being talked to like that (College grad, with a Finance degree, for reference..not that it should matter) I was also ordered to fetch my own paperwork from the reception desk, because the Dr. “Needed it”. OK, great..but I was previously instructed to give it to the receptionist. Now it’s my job to get you the paperwork you need from your employee?! I think this is my first review on here, so that should let you know how horrible the experience was!! Avoid this place at all costs!!

Came to pick up my daughters glasses. Put the kids name down on the sign in sheet. Waited 15 minutes more clients came in. They put there name down. Another 5 minutes pass and I see the person that got here way after us alredy being helped. Brought it up to the front desk was told she had an appointment. Checked the list show consult. She was discussing her broken glasses. No appointment are given according to the sheet for pick ups and repairs. So aging makes no sense. I would avoid this place.

I wish I could give a negative star their doctors changes and they don’t have records on their file. They are not professional at all. They did not have records on their file for me to make a pair of glasses as the doctor left with all the records and they want us to pay again for prescription bcoz new doctor new prescription. The associate just said if I don’t want glasses I can go very rude

Dr. Boyer is incredibly thorough and always does a careful exam of my severely myopic eyes. My husband and I have seen him for years. He is truly The Best!

My appt was for scheduled for 8:15am - Nurse took me back at 9. However, didn't see Dr. Cohen until 10:00 am and it was probably 4 minute review. I'm pleased with a few other Dr's that have treated me, just not sure I'll be staying with the grtoup.

I highly recommend Dr. Ward at Chester County Eye Care. He is very thorough and very patient & kind. I’m not a fan of having my eyes touched & needed a laser eye procedure. Dr. Ward & his staff were kind and caring and took excellent care of me.
