I will never go here again. I have never been treated so poorly. Dr. Shields was great when there is not an issue if you bring up an issue he is the most inappropriate person to deal with. Very disappointing and can’t believe the way I was spoken to!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible experience. Got to my appointment 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time with all my paperwork completed prior to the visit. I was brought in 20 minutes after my scheduled time to do some pre-tests and then left in another waiting room for nearly two hours. That waiting room was full of patients who had been waiting for over 3 hours to be seen by the doctor. After getting there at 2:45 pm, it was 5 pm and I still was waiting to be seen with still 5 people ahead of me. At 4:30 pm the assistants and front staff started prepping to leave for the day meanwhile that waiting room was full of patients with their eyes dilated for hours. It looked like a flea market. When I approached the front desk to express my disappointment, one of them responded that it was out of their control how many patients they see a day because the “call center” is who does the scheduling. It goes to say that I left the office without being seen with no apology from the staff and will not come back. Practices need to understand our time as patients is just as valuable as the doctors. It’s absurd that you have one doctor to 100 patients a day. There’s no way that patients are getting the proper service when you have to rush to get a patient out of the room to bring the next one in.

I had a fantastic appointment with Dr Thu Vo. She was very thorough, informative, and kind so it helped to ease my anxiety during the eye exam. I will definitely be back and recommending my friends and family too. It’s great to have a doctor who truly cares about your health.

It's an excellent place with great service, good prices, and above all, excellent work. It's very convenient for Spanish speakers. I highly recommend it; all my glasses have turned out excellent.

It was great! Easy eye exam, I got to use my own process to choose frames and got lots of help and support. I DO like frames I bought they’re very strong and affordable. Zero complaints here.

The best eye care in the World.

I have had excellent eye health treatment at the Moran Eye Center. The eye exams and follow-up appointments I have had with Drs. Mifflin and Simonette over the past 3 months have been very reassuring and thorough, using very modern less-invasive equipment. The assistants and doctors were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained what they were doing and why. I trust that my eye health is in very good hands with Drs. Mifflin and Simonette - thank you for all you do!
