From the start to finish every Person I encountered was very Professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, nice and made me feel like a real VIP. Before performing any task everything was thoroughly explained which made me feel very much at ease. Looking forward to being an established continued patient!

Dr. Abdal was professional, thorough, and helpful. When I shared that my previous eye doctor informed me that I had cataracts starting to form; Dr. Abdal asked if he/she explained what that means. When I told her no, she pulled out an eye model and gave a clear explanation of the physical changes happening, why it is happening, and what I need to do about it. Everyone in her office was pleasant, helpful, and supportive. I wanted to get my eyes checked but felt like my glasses were still working for me. There was absolutely zero pressure to order new glasses, in fact, they encouraged me to take my time and let me know i would be welcome to take my Rx elsewhere or come back if/when I want to order glasses with the new Rx. I will definitely return to 20/Twenty Eyecare.

I went to 20/Twenty based on online reviews and hoped they were accurate. This was probably the best eye exam I ever had. Dr Abdal has great equipment and she spent a lot of time showing me my eyes as I had never seen them before. Getting fitted for my new glasses was also a pleasure. My husband said the experience was excellent as well. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Helen Abdal at 20TWENTY EYECARE for an eye exam, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. The professionalism displayed throughout my visit was truly commendable. Dr. Abdal took the time to explain each step of the exam, ensuring that I understood what was happening and why. Her thoroughness in reviewing the results of my exam left me feeling confident in her expertise. It was evident that she genuinely cared about my eye health and was dedicated to providing the best possible care. What truly impressed me was the follow-up I received after my visit. The office reached out to check on how I was doing after being prescribed medication for a minor issue. This level of care and attention to detail speaks volumes about the dedication of Dr. Abdal and her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Abdal and her team at 20TWENTY EYECARE to everyone in need of eye care services. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their patients make them an outstanding choice. Five stars all the way!

One of the best optometrist office I have visited. Judith was great in helping me pick out frames. She has great taste and is super sweet and patient. The rest of the staff were all very welcoming. The office is clean and modern. They have an awesome selection of frames from various brands.Best part no eye puff, used a meter that measures eye pressure. I highly recommend! If you are looking for an optometrist, look no further. I felt that she took her time in doing my assessment. Very knowledgeable and informative.

I had no idea what to expect when visiting Seaview Eyecare for the first time today, 12/1/2023, but my experience was wonderful. Dr. Amanda Weiss provided me with a thorough and detailed explanation of my eye exam that was both informative and exceptional. It's evident that she is passionate about her profession. Each staff member was exceptional in their own way. I would like to shout out to Brianna, Elisa, Jaylin, and Judith. I highly recommend SeaView Eyecare. Thank you all!

Dr. Weiss was absolutely incredible! Hands down the best Optometrist I’ve come across. I’ve been wearing glasses/ contacts for a combined total of 25 years and Dr. Weiss was the first Dr. to explain to me why my eye sight is the way it is. She answered all of my questions and was so kind and patient. All of her staff was truly amazing! So happy I found them :)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! We bought Cartier glasses from them and they were defective. We were told they would have to order new frames from Europe and they would be in, in a week. WE WAITED 2 MONTHS!!!! They gave EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE as to WHY it was taking MORE THAN A WEEK!!! They tell me the glasses are FINALLY in!!! I went in and they were NOT the same frames they were smaller and LESS OF A COST!!! They REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, they REFUSED to expedite the CORRECT FRAME from Europe. Instead they told me they would cut away at the original lenses to make it fit into the smaller LESS EXPENSIVE frame….and ultimately NO REFUND for a good that wasn’t fulfilled!!!! They are ripping people off! They are a scam!!! Ginger is inept and had NO SOLUTION and deflected THEIR FAILURE to provide a CORRECT and QUALITY product to a customer…instead BLAMED THE CUSTOMER!!! We will be reporting them DIRECTLY to Cartier and advise them to PULL EYES OF WELLINGTON ‘CON’ STORE off of their authorized sellers list. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!

On October 21, 2022, I walked into Eyes of Wellington for the purpose of buying lenses for my Oakley sunglass frames, as well as clear lenses for my regular Oakley prescription frames. I also wanted to be fitted for contact lenses. As a first step, Dr. Eisenberg performed an eye exam. Afterwards, Sean, their employee, tested my pupil distance and the area of range for which to start the progressive portion or the readers. At the end of that visit, I paid $1,455.00 in full for lenses for my Oakley sunglass frames, regular Oakley prescription frames and for the eye exam. A couple of weeks later, the lenses came in. When I came into the store to try them on, I could immediately tell that they were not made properly. It was not my correct prescription. I could see decently in the distance but everything midrange (10-15 feet away) was totally blurry. I told Sean, who checked my measurements again, and he said they would get them right the next time. Unfortunately, when the corrected lenses arrived a couple weeks later, they were also not made properly. By this time, I became concerned that the prescription was incorrect, but Sean insisted that Dr. Eisenberg always made correct prescriptions. Nonetheless, I contacted the owner Ms. Ginger Popper. At first, it seemed like Ms. Popper was going to work with me to make this right. She told me that her employee Sean wasn’t a strong performer, and that he often became flustered when he felt pressured. I put no pressure on him at all. Instead, I just requested that my lenses be made correctly. Ms. Popper then asked Dr. Eisenberg to recheck my eyes, and he made a slight adjustment to my prescription as a result of the second eye exam. She requested that my lenses be remade (now for the third time) and she called me a couple weeks later when they came in. I went back to Eyes of Wellington and tried the glasses on. I was very disappointed that the lenses were still incorrect, as they did not have my correct prescription. At this point Ms. Popper told me that she believed that ultimately the lenses were not correct because, “They were made at Oakley – who, in her opinion, make really great sunglass lenses but didn’t do a great job with normal eyewear lenses – like her other labs.” I asked Ms. Popper why she didn’t ask her other lab to make my lenses. She responded, “You told Sean that the lenses absolutely MUST be made at Oakley.” Nothing could be further from the truth. I never even made mention of Oakley except to state that the sunglass and regular eyeglass frames were both Oakley frames. I would not presume to tell companies how to run their business. It quickly became clear to me at that point that she was attempting to establish a narrative to fit what she was about to tell me next – which was, “We can’t have any more lenses made for you unless you pay for it again.” I asked for a full refund instead, as I had not received either correct sunglass lenses or regular eyeglass lenses. She refused, even though clearly my prescription was wrong. I was flabbergasted. I left their store utterly disgusted. Why didn’t she offer to let another lab make the lenses, or at least offer me a full refund as her company had failed to deliver either set of lenses that I purchased? But she refused either option. You simply cannot do worse!

I have never experienced anything but exceptional service. Everyone is always personable and accommodating with every need. I've recommended multiple people who have had the same experience.

This is the absolute best Eye Doctor/Clinic i have ever been blessed to be a part of. The entire staff,environment and service is outstanding! Thank You Jesus for the healing thru these amazing people🙂 …
