I love this office. There isnt anyone who isn't kind, friendly, and skilled from the moment you come in the door! I see Dr. Miller. She literally saved my eye sight. Thank you all for being the greatest office!

Great experience from the moment I walked in. Came in without an appointment for new frames and lens and was taken right away by Pilar who was very knowledgeable. Helped me pick out best frames for my my face shape and stay within budget. She was very friendly and professional. Will definitely go back again. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The store is very nice as well. My issue is after spending $2000 on 4 sets of glasses AFTER insurance. The first time out with my new glasses at night and all lights caused multiple light specs like it was snowing. Switch to my old glasses and everything was clear. I went back to the store to ask them about it and was told. You would need a coating on the lenses to fix this and that will be $89.00 dolllars. WHAT! I bought glasses so I can see at night. How can you sell me a $500 pair of glasses that don’t work at night? I felt the correct response should have been. I am so sorry. You should have gotten a coating on these. Let me fix this for you at no charge. My last pair bought at Costco came that way for $150. Probably because you need that to see at night. Very disappointed with the service after the sale. I thought they would have been better than this. I’ll never go back.

I was extremely nervous about getting my cataracts done and I had been to two other doctors at another eye center and my gut was telling me The previous two doctors were not the right doctors for me. I was recommended to Dr. Klaus by 2 of my clients. I immediately felt comfortable and safe upon meeting him. He performed my first cataract and made it as comfortable for me as humanly possible. I highly recommend him, he will be my eye doctor for life!

Dr. Klaus is one of the finest ophthalmologists that I have ever gone too. That includes doctors in New York City also. Dr. Klaus shows such a high level of knowledge and compassion and may I say experience. There are not enough words to say how blessed I am that I found this doctor.

What a pleasant first visit. The wait time at 8:30 AM on a Monday was minimal. All the staff as well as Dr. Frey was courteous, friendly, and professional. My exam was thorough. I’ll see them again next year!
