Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that they do take a long time to attend but other than that they’re great!

This was a great team, very friendly and helpful. April helped me find frames that looked good on me, and Dr. Proscia is very thorough with his exam.

The whole team was awesome! Dr. Pak was kind and helpful, and did a great job with my exam. The other team members were fun and helpful too, and clearly work well together. I had good conversations with Jessica and Alex. Definitely recommending this location to others!

Dr. Howard did an amazing job ! I had a Mohs surgery that left a large hole just under the edge of my lower eye lid. He did an amazing job stitching it back up. You cannot tell anything was ever done. I highly recommend ! Thank you Dr. Howard !

Great eye doctor. I always went to Grene Vision, but I was slowly getting priced out. Grene Vision wouldn't verify my prescription for me to repurchase contacts 11 months after seeing them, even though my prescription was technically still current. I switched to glasses for a while due to affordability, and a lady at Howard's Optical told me Dr Le gave 2-year prescriptions. So I saved his name a couple years and went in Jan '21. Not only does he give 2-year prescriptions, he charges half the price to uninsured. Now, his office is not luxurious. No receptionist. If you would rather buy your optometrist a fancy office in an upscale location and hire a half dozen assistants, you go right ahead. I appreciate Dr Le and feel it's "patients first" there. Today I had a scratch on my eye causing extreme discomfort and was afraid I might affect my vision if I did the wrong thing. He worked me in immediately, and found me a coupon to get the prescription antibiotic drops for half price. He even called me a few hours later with more advice on how to handle wearing contacts. I highly recommend him.

Jillian is amazing! I walked in 10 minutes before lunch and she never made me feel rushed. Great selection, although I picked out the first pair I touched!!! Even returned yesterday (again 10 mins before lunch) Jillian adjust my glasses in a flash. We will always get our glasses here - and we hope Jillian will be there every time!!!

Staff was amazing, took my daughter to get her glasses repaired I was in and out with a smile Ty.

WOW! AM I REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & THE INTERACTION. First not having receiving a call for over 4 months to tell me my lenses where in but you can call me to reschedule a missed appointment. Second, when i came in, to get the almost 4 month lenses thst i paid for they take my glasses tell me it will be a couple if hours. 36 hours later i call just to be told go to EYEMART. If I wanted EYEMART glasses and service I would of spent my $$$ there! When I arrived no Welcome or Hello just talking about Me like I couldn't see her lips. After 12 years of my business spending over $700 a year on glasses today was the day that I was rudely disrespected. The customer service has tremendously decreased I can remember the days downtown on Broadway when the staff helped you, providing a welcoming atmosphere,and spoke to you with respect! Dr. Tufte and his wife Deb are amazing but the staff they have today working there is why I WILL NEVER RETURN! The front desk staff on today 7/13 is RUDE AND VERY DISREPECTFUL. Love the doctor and the owners but the STAFF BEWARE!!!!

Brought my elderly mother for her first eye exam ever. Staff and Dr were so patient and helpful. Also bilingual which was very helpful. Such a great experience defined recommend.
