The staff has been wonderful. My dad had an appointment at 10:30 this morning. When we arrived they said the dr was an hour behind. At 11:30 we were taken back and yet another hour later we still haven’t received treatment. I am beyond aggravated at the fact that there is so little concern for peoples lives. I had taken half the day off from work and looks like I should have taken the whole day off just to sit and wait. I run my own business and if ran my business this way I would have no customers!!!

My 2 year old son lost his glasses. I had purchased an insurance policy for the glasses, so I came in person at the store for a replacement. When I walked into the center, I was quickly approached by a friendly lady named Sheila who brought me to the counter to speak with Elina. Elina and Sheila not only took the time to speak with me about my inquiry, but completed my request in a very timely manner while making my son smile and laugh the entire time. I left the store not only with a resolution for replacement glasses, but feeling like the staff here truly cares and treat customers with kindness. I would definitely be coming here again for any of my family’s vision care needs.

How refreshing, a Dr. that is willing to hear everything about your situation and not rush you through an appointment and then tells you a lot of helpful information.. this was my third doctor but I’ve gone to trying to resolve my issue and hopefully my last after her explanation of everything today I feel confident it will be. A big thank you to the staff that fit me in today and the doctor for reading my email that I sent about what I was going through with my eyes and for making time to see and talk to me we’re going to schedule my husband’s appointment soon and I’m gonna go back to have her double check my eye glass and contact prescription. Thanks for making us feel heard. I highly recommend giving this practice a try if you are looking for a personalized visit where you are not just a number.

Second visit...like everyone there. Dr. Kumar is very nice as is his staff. The practice I went to for years closed when doctor retired. Had to find a new practice. After doing research I feel I made the right choice by choosing Carolina Retina in Cary, NC.

I am so grateful for the care he gave my mom during her cataract surgery. He was always attentive and very patient, explaining each step with such tenderness and giving her confidence. My mom, being an Alzheimer's patient, always felt reassured by his voice and speaking in Spanish.

Wonderful experience at this location, staff was friendly to my sister and I and knowledgeable. Bridget was the first person we talked to and helped us order glasses/contacts. She made the experience quick and straightforward. Dr Maria Lago was our eye doctor doing our exams, she was a joy! We had fun conversations. I highly recommend

Very sad to say that after 15 plus years the receptionist who I have tolerated so I could have a great optometrist Dr. Gracier Ner - I’m surprised she would allow an intolerable receptionist speak to paying clients - SO RUDE - happy to take my business elsewhere- Peace out !

I have seen Dr. Puri for treatment of my Diabetic Retinopathy and absolutely love the care I receive from him and his entire office. Dr. Puri is very kind and provides gentle, thorough, considerate care and I highly recommend him!

This was the best eye exam I’ve had in a long time! Very time efficient and thorough! If I lived closer I would continue care here. The staff was welcoming and funny. For as busy as they get they both worked so well and smoothly together. I highly recommend this office for eye care

Pretty sure this is the best eye care office I've ever been to. There can be a bit of a wait, but the office staff is so nice and the doctors take the time to explain all my tests and results so comprehensively. I can't bring myself to give it any less than 5 stars
