Apart from major delay in getting an appointmenet, Jeffery Austin was on time and very good. I have been seeing him for many years now and never disappointed. In general New Eyes seems to be very overloaded and expect long wait time to get an appointment.

I have NEVER had ANYONE ask for payment in full BEFORE a medical procedure has event been scheduled! Then, after having performed my eye surgeries, to not be told that I would have to come back less than 6 months later to correct MORE surgery done. The second surgery I still do not feel that should pay for since the first one was not done completely correct, in my opinion. Honestly, if I had to do it again, I think would have stuck with my prescription lenses and contact lenses. Good facilities and great doctors and care but truly disappointed in the payment options.

I’ve gone here for several years, but throwing in the towel. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle and chose a spot where the staff genuinely want to be helpful and are well trained.

Been going here since I was little. 10/10. Raquel is awesome. So is Taylor, Sara and Eden. Dr. Hansen took great care of me.

Erin & Antoinette were extremely helpful with setting up my appointment today for my eye exam and my prescriptions!! I really appreciate the strong customer service skills and the kinds & welcoming professional environment! I will be coming back in the future and I highly recommend this location!

Although I just went in and have not received my glasses yet, the staff (Especially Peter!) took the time to answer any questions and help with my eyeglass selection. They even stayed after hours until I was comfortable and satisfied with my selection!

Been coming here for a couple years. Dr Milton knows his stuff. Prior to coming here my old optometrist at Target Optical had me on a higher than needed prescription. I kept having headaches. Came here, Dr Milton noticed the prescription was too high and lowered it. Offered me a different brand of contacts and he shared information about special offers for that contact brand which saved me a lot. Very happy and will continue to come here. Highly recommended.

I love my OP glasses but I especially love the customer service I get from Esther Hong, she is the best without a doubt. I have been buying my frames and lenses from her for over 15 years and she really provides exceptional customer service. If you need new eyewear, I highly recommend Oliver Peoples and ask for Esther, she will take good care of you.
