So a couple of weeks ago, I skillfully managed to to spray 100% bleach into both of my eyes. Ok, I publically admitted it, so there. :) on our way to the ER my wife called the Walmart vision place and asked if we could see the doctor. Turns out, she was done for the day and was just leaving but when she found out what happened she said to have us come in right away. There, it was our great pleasure to meet Dr. Margarita Patterson who did a complete eye exam on me and luckily found that I had very little corneal damage and prescribed an antibiotic and eye drops to prevent an infection. Thank you Dr. Patterson!! That was very professional and very kind of you to see me even though you about to head home. PS- Everything was normal again on the follow up appointment (which are free, incidentally!).

No matter what frame I bring to this optical store they always tell me the frame is too weak, or it has something wrong etc. The thing is they wanna make sure you buy the frame at their store. I also noticed that the white lady there was very cold with me (I’m from Puerto Rico) all of a sudden a white couple entered the store and she was all smiles. I felt very disappointed and sad.

New patient and extremely happy with my care and service. Came here for my annual eye exam and with the intention of correcting my previous reading glass prescription I thought was not strong enough. To my surprise Dr. Truong stated that it wasn't the glasses that were at fault but instead it was my contact prescription! The optometrist went on to explain that my problem was my astigmatism no other Doctor was able to correct, ever. After much testing and retesting she fitted me with new contacts. I immediately felt a comfortable difference but no change in vision.....in the beginning. After letting my vision adjust for a few minutes I was re-examined. The result was absolutely amazing! I could see better and my reading glasses were actually the correct ones! Her staff are also very warm and professional. From my initial telephone contact, the ease of scheduling, e-mail, text and phone follow up, I knew I was going to pleased with my choice of Optometry. Highly recommend!

Dr Truong has been great to take care of our eyes. She is super nice and knowledgeable.

This was my First time visiting America’s Best on 2053 WP Ball Blvd in Sanford, Florida. Everyone that’s work at this location was very pleasant and friendly which is a plus in my book. Excellent customer service. Ms Joanne who I went to in the examine room before seeing the doctor was very helpful and explained everything in detail about the exams I had. The Dr. Aton was also polite and friendly and explained about my vision. And the associate who helped me picked out my glasses was very nice and helpful polite as well. Desire was her name. Just an awesome first time visit keep it up with excellent customer service.

The staff are very helpful and up to speed. They explained what America's best has to offer and what was beneficial for me since I pay out of pocket. Had to return my glasses due to the prescription not adjusting to my eyesight. With my second visit I met with the doctor to correct the issue (free of charge of course). Picked up my new glasses with no issues within two weeks. Thank you! This would be my 3rd year with them and at other locations as well.

Joanne was an incredibly professional and kind team member. She answered all my questions, managed the pre test exam efficiently and sported a wonderful attitude. Michele’s customer service also blew me away. I tend to be indecisive when deciding on frames but Michele’s patience made me very comfortable and allowed me to take my time. She was incredibly knowledgeable regarding my insurance and club member benefits as well. Her attitude and kindness are a great asset to the team! Thank you, Joanne and Michele!

Dr. Watson was by far the most informative and easy going eye doctor I’ve ever had, he was also super quick with the process. Jennifer assisted me with ordering contacts and glasses and was super sweet. Definitely going to be a returning customer.

I went to optical department in TargetSanford Flotilla. The Sales person Jennifer. She helped me pick and explain to me about my new pair of glasses. She was amazing!! The staff and the Dr were excellent. My ins was out of network. I did not care because, The service was great. 😊 thank you …

The optical center at the Sanford Sam’s club is absolutely horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had when buying glasses. After waiting 3+ weeks for my new pair of glasses and additional pair of lenses for my existing glasses. I finally went to pick them up and they were horrible. The new frames were scratched up when I had arrived. The lenses were poorly cut with gaps between the frames and lenses. The additional pair of lenses that were cut for my existing glasses wouldn’t fit into my frames without fighting them to go in and they would just pop right out. The glasses rep scratched my existing lenses when he removed them from my frames because he just tossed them on the table top. He was frustrated with me when I pointed out the flaws and scratches in the new set and said that he would rather refund me than let me have them. Then the customer service counter lady was rude as well and made me feel like it was my fault for having to get a refund. She rolled her eyes at me and lied when I asked how long the refund would take to arrive and said the money would be refunded back to my account immediately. It took about 5 days to get my refund. I will never use this optical center again. All of the representatives there were super rude. The actual eye doctor, Tara Tozer, was the only person that treated me with respect and was actually good at her job. The male representative from the eye glass center failed to inform me that they do not get their lenses cut by Oakley (the brand of glasses that I purchased and already own). But do it themselves, which explains the horrible job. He mentioned that after I had gone through all of this trouble. Now I am left with my old glasses that have new scratches caused by the employee. Horrible experience. I will be going directly through Oakley to purchase my glasses from now on.
