I absolutely love coming here I am 30 years old and I’ve been coming to her since I was small, my whole family comes here. she listens to you and always takes her time with each patient! I recommend her 1000% it feels very comfortable and everyone is very nice I love DR Lovato!

It has been more than 10 years that my family has been seeing Dr. Abe for vision care. I really appreciate Dr Abe’s expertise and his friendly staff. I have fairly severe myopia that requires detailed attention for monitoring optical nerve and retina change. Dr Abe’s knowledge and experience comes in handy when analyzing the situation over time. I truly recommend him for someone who really wants to have their eyes taken care of.

We had such a wonderful experience here. All the staff was so friendly and did a wonderful job with my 3 year old daughter. The doctor that checked my daughters eyes was very sweet and was awesome with getting my little girl to cooperate. The whole visit was smooth and we got my daughters prescription and they gave her a toy when the visit was done!

Is it me the only person who has experienced negative and offensive attitude from the scheduler agent for appointments at Bascon Palmer Eye Institute? Who is in charge? This needs to stop. I am not saying all the agents are, but this one has a strong accent and immediately gave me attitude and made feel as an ignorant. She maltreated me and I can't believe she works for such a prestigious institution. For you lady!!! go retire!! or change jobs.. you're very rude and lack of patience.. and for you whomever is in charge, go give more training!!! Not because Bascon Palmer is the best of the nation, we have to bear such incompetent people like that lady.

Had a great visit today with Advanced Eye Clinic. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, the assistant did a great job explaining everything she was going to do so you knew what to expect. Then seeing Dr. Patel made the appointment a total success. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent service and experience. The folks were extremely politely and helpful while fixing my glasses 10 out 10 I will recommend.

Thank You Donna for your always wonderful smile and attentiveness. Eye Care Family Vision Center is an asset when it comes to the community and finding those perfect lenses.

Not my favorite place. I've tried going 2 years in a row for contacts and glasses and I won't be returning. I liked it becuase it is so close to my house, and the optometrists were really great but I'm really not a fan of the staff. I remember once I said explicitly in the beginning of my appt that my insurance only covers enough to pay for the appt, so I'm not paying hundreds of dollars for glasses when I get can get them online for less than half the price. The same staff member asked me 4 TIMES after I said this if I was interested in just "looking" at glasses. They have been quite cold towards me and I feel like I'm in the principals office. Just not a very warm, welcoming vibe. You also have to ask for a receipt to be emailed which just seems wild to me.

I am convinced that nobody works here. Been calling, to be put on hold for over 30 minutes which automatically takes you to leave a voice. Left multiple voice mails and submitted their online request appointment forms. Have yet received any communication, not even an automated email to let me know that my online forms are submitted.

I was first impressed with the service and friendliness of staff and really liked Dr Shields my friend and I were both seen same day in 2019. We were told up front they didn't accept our insurance or our Medicare plan since we were both retired. We were able to pay for our exams and glasses that we purchased in the office. We paid cash that day in full for both. Glasses were great and the next year we returned same service same insurance plan, New glasses times two happy again with everything. In a few months my insurance informed me that they paid for 90% of our visit and glasses times two. After I inquired about this they told me they had also paid the bill in 2019 the same. The checks were cashed in all occasions. We were never refunded the money we paid even after multiple calls emails and in person visits to there office. I was only allowed to speak to the Billing office manager once and she was not helpful and very rudd. Dr Shiekds said he would have his wife call, She never did. I would advise NO One to ever go there. I don't know what is going on but it's not good they owe us our money and she knows it.

Our whole family loves Dr. Bales and their staff. Great location, friendly and knowledgeable doctor and efficient appointments. We’ve been going to Dr. Bales for years and will definitely continue!
