This was my first time going to a eye clinic and it was amazing. Place is really nice, good atmosphere and really cool people. Sam was a amazing dude definitely made my appointment feel natural and very smooth he is also very welcoming. Also have to say Mandy was amazing with helping me picking out a good frame for me and she is very helpful and quick. Definitely making this my go to eye clinic. 😊

I will start by saying I've been a patient of Dr. Ben Larson for over 20 years. My experience with technician Sam was WONDERFUL, get service, makes jokes and was not pushy at all. I ordered my lens to be put in my old frames because they did not have anything I liked in my price range and my old frames were perfectly fine. Went to pick them up, put them on and could tell immediately the lens were not exactly the same shape/size as my current ones, which I was told they could match exactly. I took them off and showed the girl they were not the same as my previous lens (which they gave back to me), she immediately agreed with me and stated, yes I can definitely tell the new ones are more round then my current one. No problem she said, we will redo the lens. I go back a few weeks later to pick up the "remade" lens and the guy Mike was absolutely the RUDEST, UNPROFESSIONAL person I have EVER met! He brings my glasses to me and I tell him, they are still not right and they are round and my previous lens were square. He was extremely argumentative stating they were exactly the same as my prior lens. I held them up, one in front of the other and said see, they are not the same. He continued to argue with me, said his "machine" cuts them exactly as my current lens. I'm sitting there now with 3 lens, my "square" ones, the first new set I got "round" and the girl agreed and now my 3rd set "round" which Mike stated were exact. I told him why would the previous girl agree with me they were more round and these 3rd ones are as well. He RUDELY said, I don't know what she saw but I say they are exact. He RUDELY stated, there is nothing else I can do. No apologies, not "is there anything else I can help you with", nothing. Just sat there, staring at me waiting for me to leave, I had to have him adjust my glasses, that made him more rude stating the rim of the glasses should not sit flat on the table, one was lifting off. I finally took my glasses and l said since obviously there is nothing else your going to do or offer to help, I will take these and I left. To pay almost $400 for single vision lens (only) and be treated so BADLY by Mike and not even get the same lens shape/size as promised it not acceptable. I will be finding a new eye doctor. I've been going here for years because I have T1D and I need special attention on my eyes. I've always had a pleasant experience and the frames are beautiful. Sam was also extremely attentive and explained anything I had questions on during my annual visit!

Great staff and doctors! Received prescriptions for my two boys and I finally feel their eye issues have been resolved. I would definitely recommend!My initial review was based off my children after scheduling a contact and eyeglass exam for myself and two trial contact lenses that are not fitting properly I would not recommend. Granted for my children there was a male optometrist and for myself my prescription says Dr. Mona Patel.

All of the people who work at Bayhead Eye Centre are very professional, very kind and easy to work with. Even when I came in three days in a row with difficulties with my older pair of glasses, they fixed it to the best of their abilities and a smile, until I finally bought a new pair. Great Eye Centre!

I've been with Bayhead sometime now. The atmosphere is always pleasant. The staff is always professional and makes you feel part of the Bayhead family. I travel from Ocala Florida each year to have my eyes check because I trust no one else with my eyesight. I tried many since moving to Ocala but none compare to Bayhead. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Worthless for my 86 year old mother. They won't answer the phone! Get put on hold for 20 minutes and FINALLY get a chance to leave a voicemail...and they never call back. They messed up TWO of her scheduled surgery appointments. My brother and I are jumping thru hoops to get her there, and "Oh. We'll have to reshedule. We'll call you". Never heard a peep neither time. I had to physically stuff a note in the door (after hours) to get them to call me. They're just an insurance farm and could care less about quality service.

I had my first appointment today and although it took a bit longer than expected my experience here was nothing but amazing! The office staff is approachable, friendly and patient. My doctor was very informative, funny and explained to me very clearly about my results that I did not feel the need to ask repeated questions. I felt very comfortable with coming back to this place and would highly recommend this doctors office to anyone. See you in a year for my follow up! - Siera T.

Grandmother appointment schedule for 2:45pm and the doctor didn't come in to evaluate her until 4:45pm (2 hours later). Great customer service from staff.

Dr. Mark is absolutely amazing! His thorough eye examination, professionalism, knowledge, patience, kindness, incredible sense of humor, and his genuine concern for me truly made my appointment a wonderful experience. He took the time to provide a detailed explanation as he tested and both encouraged and answered questions. He was never rushed, and instead made it evident that time with the patient was of the utmost importance to him. The entire office staff also radiated with the warmth and kindness that Dr. Mark did. Everyone I interacted with made me feel appreciated and important. I am beyond thankful for my experience with Frutchey Eye Care. I do, however, have one negative comment. I am actually a bit sad that I’m not due for another visit to see Dr. Mark for another year!

Dr. Mark and his team are amazing! I have gone to many different eye care professionals in the past and this office is by far the best. He made sure I really understood what was happening and his recommendations. He is also very thorough! Everyone in the office is very friendly and made the visit enjoyable. I highly recommend him and his team.
