Worst Experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment in January for Today May 1st 1:15pm .My Appointment was confirmed over the phone earlier today and i get to the office filled all paperwork and waited 15 minutes. One of the Registration nurses comes out telling me that the doctor can not see me today because the referral was closed. Nonsense. Took time off from work for this appointment that i scheduled 3 months ago.Ridiculous. I will look for another place. I would also share my nonsense experience with all the people i know. If there were 0 stars thats what they would get for this waste of time .

From the moment I inquired about becoming a patient until I walked out of my first appointment, I was very impressed. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful. The staff was so kind and caring with my daughter who has had a traumatic experience in the past with an eye doctor. They answered all questions and explained everything they were doing to my kids, which they loved. Definitely recommend this office.

Had cataracts in both eyes. Diagnosed immediately without any issues, surgery scheduled promptly and healed quickly. Not sure who these bad reviews saw but everyone in the office has always been nothing but professional and friendly. My friend referred me and she loved them as well. I still appreciate her advice to go there cuz all is still great.

Dr. Puzio has been my eye doctor for years. He is super knowledgeable with a great (funny!) bedside manner. He even takes care of my daughter (5), and son (8). They love him as well! I always get the most affordable contact lenses from him, as well as glasses, and most recently, sunglasses. His selection is really unique. I look forward to my visits with Dr. Puzio, truly, and my kids do, too!

Check you very thoroughly

I'm giving one star for a lack of service. I tried picking up glasses for a relative at 6 pm on a Friday. Google says they close at 7 so I was sure I'd make it before they closed. The door was locked and when I gestured to the ladies inside if they were closed they looked at me, then looked away. Not even a mouthing of the words "we're closed". Our could you maybe post your current business hours on the door?

I had a great experience here! Dr. Contillo was amazing. She was personable, caring and we had a great conversation. Kylie picked out some amazing frames for me and I was planning on getting a new pair but left with 2. Highly recommend!

Dr. Patel is pleasant to work with. She has a comforting demeanor while providing you with the highest quality treatment and care for your eyes. Highly recommend.

Bennett Eye Care Midwest has provided me with outstanding care and service for over 20 years. Dr. Bednar took extra time to explain options after my eyes changed this year. I also appreciate having the optical department co-located. The staff members are always helpful when it comes to picking out frames. Thank you Bennett Eye Care in Gladstone!
