My favorite optometrist ever. Very thorough examination. Receptionist ‘Veda’ will make you feel even better with her wonderful sense of humor surrounded by extreme professionalism. Go! Experience! Tell them Charlie Rose sent you.

The ophthalmology assistant was pleasant and polite when he did the initial assessment. Dr. Morrison gave me a great deal of time and very useful information when she explained a proposed surgical procedure. I did not feel rushed and her explanation was at the right level. The optician was very helpful when I asked to have my nose pads adjusted. My only struggle is registering on the patient portal and I think that may be attributable to the portal not to NVOA.

I have always had very positive experiences with Clearview, the team there, and Dr. Mulligan. I established care with them after moving to Seattle in 2021 and opted to pursue Lasik later that year. The team was exceptionally professional while also maintaining a sense of humor and camaraderie. The procedure itself was efficient and comfortable and I was at ease the entire time. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation.

This location is absolutely amazing! Everyone we met including the front desk, doctor and associates who assist you throughout the visit were so helpful and kind. It’s also a beautiful office with a lot of glasses choices. I would most definitely recommend!

I have been going to Dr Jones for years. He is most caring, professional and knowledgeable Ophthalmologist I have ever knew. As a pharmacist, I know how important eye care is along with different health issues.

Loved the doctor and the quality of the exam. I did have an issue with receiving a charge at the end of the visit. Courtesy notice after running my insurance would have been professional but hitting me with a charge at the end seemed a bit sneaky. (not a lot of money just an unknown surprise)

Do not go to him! The are so hard to get a hold of through phone or email. After getting through to them I only went because there office is so close to my house. I will not be back. I don't think he even check my contact prescription. I told him what it currently was and he assigned me the same prescription after only 2 minutes of examining me. A couple months after the appointment, I need a detailed bill to give to my insurance company. After promising my insurance company for 2 months they fax it, they still haven't and most of the time when my insurance calls to remind them of the bill they don't pick up. HORRIBLE! I'd rather drive an hour then go back to them.

The problem with This Dr is that she doesn’t verify insurance before taking new customers. I told this Dr before being treated to check my insurance before my service and she said that she did. It turns out that she never verified the insurance and presented me with the full bill. I tried to to turn in a claim but was denied. If you have eye insurance, go somewhere else.

To Dr. Vest. I have truly been blessed by My Lord and savior. That He put this organization into my life. So I may see clearly again. From Dr. Vest on down to the wonderful receptionist. They have all done a fantastic job. I truly I mean this, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. And most of all, their experience is stellar.
