Dr. Hull and the staff are very professional in everything from when you enter the office until you leave. I couldn’t be happier.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The tech that did the pre doctor "stuff" was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable and was open able to answer any issues I had. And lastly, the Doctor (Jacobs) always makes you feel like he has time and I never feel rushed!

Wow I wish I found this place years ago! I was concerned after my recent cornea surgery, that I had been left worse off than before the surgery. It took a poor fitting and a referral to Dr. Brantley for me to receive the best care I have had with this condition since first being diagnosed in 2009. Dr. Brantley took the time to first, care for my injury the previous contact gave me and then begin the next phase of the process which was fitting and making me whole again! He was thorough and made me feel comfortable. He’s easy to speak with and made me feel a thousand times better when I left his office. I cannot say enough words of the care Dr. Brantley provides and the way he restored faith back into patient care for me. I truly do appreciate him beyond words.Thank you.

I called the Clovis number when I made my appointment with a specific doctor because the location was better for me. Whoever I spoke to failed to tell me that I would be seen at a different location—something I learned when I tried to check in at the Clovis office. Whoever manages Fogg Remington’s front desk employees needs to address this so no one else is inconvenienced. Whoever manages your Google listings needs to take “ophthalmologist” off the Clovis listing. I called the Clovis office to see an ophthalmologist—and this is where the employee’s failure to communicate caused problems. Meanwhile, I will go elsewhere.

Dr. Hayes is AMAZING. I have a complicated optical situation, and she has done an amazing job fitting me with contact lenses that are more comfortable than any I have had in recent memory. She also took the time to explain everything about my condition to me in detail. Highly, Highly recommend her.

My grandma went here on her own and spoke with Anita, who she said was very helpful. Anita gave her a card with the frames she liked and the price. I went back with her today just to make sure she got the right thing. When we walked in, no one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help. So when we needed, no one got up and insisted we needed to come to the counter so they can run her insurance. My grandma wasn’t using her insurance and had already priced her frame, she just couldn’t find the one she had previously liked. After some back and forth, I told her let’s just go and we’ll go to a different location. My grandma stopped to tell her how rude the staff was (I was just ready to go). A lady named Krystal came and assisted us and was very helpful. She turned the the visit around and really helped us out.

My appointment was very timely. Only a few minutes in the waiting room. A technician thoroughly reviewed the purpose for my visit and did the necessary related analysis. Dr Sadowski was courteous and thorough. very pleased with my visit and the professionalism. Ian Hurst

I am a Board Certified Physician and Associate Clinical Professor at a local medical school. I only say that because the greatest compliment I can receive from another doctor is when they trust the care of their loved ones to me by referring them to me. I would and do refer my entire family to Dr. Clara Damian for our optometry needs. She has that awesome combination of being very knowledgeable in her field AND very caring, compassionate and empathetic. She takes the time to listen to you, does a thorough evaluation. I have been very happy with outcomes I have had with my personal eye symptoms after having seen 3 other optometrist, and two ophthalmologist and got nowhere. I have been going to her for several years now and plan to continue to do so!
