The staff at Brevard Vision Care is as good as it gets! They were obviously busy when I contacted them today, but they showed genuine concern, and went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute appointment. Thank you so much! Dr. Greg Naberhaus was wonderful. Highly recommend this practice!!

Dr Alexandros Pappas was extraordinarily professional and skilled. I had an emergency before leaving town and not only was his skills as a doctor excellent, but so was his explanation of the process along the way, as well as his timely followup to check in everything. Absolutely who I’d recommend to anyone in east central Florida. The rest of his staff were also on point.

20/20 Eyeglass Superstore in conjunction with Dr. Markle & Associates has shown questionable honesty in their billing and has refused to call me in order to rectify the situation. Seven months after the Date of Service, I received a letter from Dr. Markle & Associates claiming the Insurance Company made a mistake and would not cover my wife’s Eye Exam. No proof or copy of coverage denial was provided. When I called the Insurance Company, they confirmed that 20/20 and/or Dr. Markle never submitted the claim in the first place and that Dr. Markle was not a covered provider at the time of Date of Service. Yet I was informed by 20/20 that Dr. Markle was a covered provider. First red flag. How could the insurance company have denied coverage if they there never was a claim submitted? Second red flag. The people in 20/20 are not empowered to fix the problem and said that their AR Department would have to call me. I have never received a call from the AR Department despite four requests for them to call me. Final red flag. I am forced to conclude that 20/20 Eyeglass Superstore and/or Dr. Markle made a mistake eight months ago and is trying to blame the Insurance Company. Their refusal to call me shows at the very least a lack of caring to provide customer service and basic common courtesy.

Dr. Markle is awesome! I'm a VERY hard fit for contacts (and glasses too) due to my extremely poor vision. I can only wear multifocal RPG's because of astigmatism and more, that normally took other doctors 3-10 fittings to get right (yes, 10!). I quit driving for 3 years, except for daytime trips to the grocery store, due to no longer having contacts or glasses I could see out of clearly....went to several eye docs in the area to no avail and was giving up hope when I found him at 20/20 Eyeglasses. Dr. Markle got it all right, the very first time, even with the contacts! I was in shock to discover sudden perfect vision again, perfect to the tee...comfortable lenses, no rotation issues and the best I have been able to see in 3 years..and on the FIRST try! I will never see anyone but Dr. Markle for the eyes . He is amazingly accurate and fast,and truly an expert in his field. Wish I'd found him years ago! I recommend him particularly to those who have a hard time finding advanced contact lenses, as they are difficult to fit (comfort, rotation, odd shapes of the cornea, where to list the multifocal points for distance and reading etc). Some docs don't even bother with that type of complexity w/ RPG's. THANK YOU, I'm out and about again and seeing so clearly! God Bless you, Dr. Markle!

Great Dr. I will not take my kids anywhere else other than Dr. Markle. He efficient, fast, friendly, and was more knowledgeable than the previous 3 optometrist that we’ve seen prior in our area. I can’t thank him enough for caring enough to get to the bottom of our problem.
