Great people, outstanding service. Best eye care folks I've ever run across

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Total Vision for an eye exam and glasses selection, and I must say that I had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. Alexandria and Daisy were incredibly friendly and helpful when booking my appointment and selecting frames. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences. During my eye exam, I was impressed with the expertise of Dr. Chan. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and his insights on the health of my eyes were invaluable. He made me feel comfortable throughout the exam and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I appreciated. Overall, I can't recommend Total Vision enough. The staff is top-notch, and their commitment to customer service is evident in every interaction. If you're looking for a place to get your eyes checked and find the perfect pair of glasses, look no further than Total Vision. I'll definitely be back for all my eye care needs! Five stars all around.

I was impressed with the efficiency of the appointment. The people who work there are all friendly and accommodating and were very concerned with my being comfortable. I have been a patient of Dr Maglio for more than 30years. His office and practice has grown and changed over these years, but the quality of service and personal attention has remained the same. I trust them implicitly. I rely on their expertise and all patients are treated like old friends and family. Best optometrists anywhere!!

Very attentive and knowledgeable. Great help that I didn't expect. Was I surprised way to go Martha. Just the person I wished that I received and got. At my older age it takes somebody like Martha for sure. Thank you for your great help getting me exactly what I wanted and I know that I'm picky. God Bless.

Dr. Park has been my doctor for quite some time, he has kept my eyes healthy and problem-free. Have always enjoyed my visits this particular visit was exceptional because I was in the midst of a move hungry, tired and cranky. Instead of treating me any kind of way I was given hugs, encouragement and even food ! Rare customer service can be found here. Will ALWAYS come back!

I lost a screw for my eyeglasses. I found this LensCrafters location being cloest to my office. I walked in and Emy was able to fix it for me. Thank you so much for the friendly service. I would come back to make a new pair of glasses soon.

Had an appt at 4:00pm. At 5:30pm, finally got tired of waiting and left…. never received any services. Very poor customer service… if you can’t maintain the schedule, don’t waste ppls time and overbook the optometrist! This place doesn’t put the customers need as a priority.
