I was a new patient and I called with a pain in my eye, they got me right in and Dr. Penn was wonderful. I was impressed from the moment I called to make an appointment till I checked out after my appointment.

Noticed all of the negative reviews which I am not comprehending. Have been with Dr. Reynolds for 2 years; he is super professional, kind, understanding and gave me a fantastic referral to the best corrective eye surgeon in Florida. I do agree that his staff can be a bit rough on the edges, however that does not take away from Dr. Reynolds himself; as a very knowledgeable professional. One should tell him about your experience, otherwise how will he know?

Staff was nice enough. I was the only patient in office but still had to wait (???). Office is dusty and floor and walls are filthy. In desperate need of some updates/spring cleaning. Times of COVID you would think they would be on this already.

The office at Apollo Blvd in Melbourne is terribly irresponsible in a pandemic world. The waiting room had too many people with guests coming in freely not socially distanced. People were congregated around front desk like it was 2018. Literally EVERY other medical office my family has visited limits how many come in. If my vet's office can figure this out, why can't this office?

They schedule everyone at once, and herd you in like cattle. Small waiting room and no place to park. Do not recommend

Disappointed with the service with my Last visit about a month ago. The exam was ok, but the sevice of fitting the glasses was poor. I was handed the new glasses and said good bye. No fitting or seeing if the glasses were right for my vision. The service at this sight has taken septa down since the Palm Bay location was shut down.

We have been seeing Dr. Burns for awhile. My 91 year old mother started to see her, and adores her. My husband and I started to see her; we love her. Now, 2 of my sister's go to her; they think she's winderful. Dr. Burns is what you hope ALL your doctors could be like! She is happy and upbeat, always takes time for questions, is always up-to-date on research, openly shares her results, is very knowledgeable, has top notch people working with her (and always praises them) and makes you feel like family. We just think she is perfect! We always look forward to our appointments with her!

I just came from an appointment with Dr. Burns-Legros who has been my eye doctor since I moved to Melbourne in 2010. She is an incredible eye doctor who has helped me through several issues with my eyes over the years. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and she is the most personable, thoughtful and compassionate Doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend her to anyone who asks me for an eye doctor referral. Bottom line - she's awesome!!!!

I would not recommend Dr Burns-Legros if you want to discuss any options for your contact lenses. She will only prescribe one type even though you have worn another combinations over 10 years. She will degrade you and walk out on you. Then she will send you a certified registered letter stating she will no longer work with you. Also, their insurance staff and front desk staff are very unfriendly.

I have been using Dr. Mandese for years and love her knowledge and warmth. She communicates clearly so that I understand everything when I leave my appointments. Tony and Bobbie are her "second hands" and are wonderfully kind professionals.
