Salesperson took the time to help me find the right pair of sun glasses. He was not rushed, he made sure I felt comfortable with the way they looked on my face. Best experience!!!!!

Honestly this place is too expensive!! They charged me too much for the eye exam!! And yes I do have Insurance!! And the front desk people are rude! Specially the lady that sets up the appointments! 😟 …

Decent eye care but questionable billing practices. (If you have VSP, go to a VSP practice instead of having your visit billed through medical insurance.They don't take VSP.) I received a bill for a co-pay I thought was already paid. Insurance said my husband owed nothing. This practice said my husband signed off on the retinal scan which was $40. That was correct. They refused to place a claim for the scan through Aetna insurance with the other parts of their claim which could be reimbursed to the provider at an agreed percentage. If you have a medical eye issue that scan could be covered. He had multiple issues. I called and left a message & Aetna did too. No response. I sent them back a text message after I received a payment reminder via text. Nothing. I called again today almost a month after thinking everything was cleared up. I will pay this charge but I am here to tell you that I think they are intentionally "accidentally" billing incorrectly to make sure they get what they want without billing the insurance correctly. Their explanation was that the insurance said we had 100% coverage. True - after the co-pay that was printed on the insurance card that I'm sure they copied. They know the game.

Had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Anderson and her very friendly and patient receptionist! I had a bad script from another ophthalmologist who barely took the time to apparently use the machinery properly, but Dr. Anderson was incredibly thorough, took the time to get to know me and my health history, and to do the eye exam. Bonus: she has the latest in eye exam technology so I got a look at photos she took of the backs of my eyes; she took the time to explain what everything was in the photo, and helped me understand a mysterious eye issue I had been having that my primary doctor was unsure of. Five stars hands down; definitely found mine and my husband's new eye doctor! Thanks so much Dr. Anderson!

Chris and Kate were just awesome! I had a pair of glasses there for 6months and they still kept them, called regularly and treated me as important! They made sure that I did not lose the extra money. That is true true customer service. When I finally came in, they were nothing but smiles, willing to help me, fit my glasses perfectly and make me feel at home. Love it! Thank you, thank you for making it worth while to buy the 1 yr insurance and come to Pearl!! Just awesome!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience! We highly recommend this location! From our eye exam, to picking out glasses. We are very satisfied and happy with our new glasses, love them!🤓🤓 We were pleased with the over all service we were giving. Dr Butchey is caring and takes the time to explain and answer all your questions, concerns and needs. And Caroline was a pleasure, she is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and funny. She made us feel very welcomed and took the time to explain in detailed our costs. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect fit of glasses for us and affordable too. Customer service was outstanding! We can’t wait to go back again for another pair! ☺️

They never sent my wife’s prescription to the pharmacy and they never answer the phone.

Well-organized and efficiently run clinic in the 8th Ave area. The front desk staff are attentive and polite, making the whole experience smooth from the start. Dr. Zhou is highly professional and experienced—she performed my cataract surgery this week, and everything went very well. Highly recommend!
