I had an exceptional experience under the care of Dr. Kraig Scot Bower MD. His level of care is truly remarkable - he's not only incredibly thorough in his approach but also exhibits a genuine sense of care that's comforting for any patient. Dr. Bower's attention to detail and willingness to listen to my concerns made me feel valued and heard throughout my treatment. His expertise is evident, and he ensured that every aspect of my care was handled with the utmost professionalism. Moreover, his support staff, especially Tammy, played an integral role in making my visits seamless and pleasant. Their warmth and efficiency added to the overall positive experience during my time at the clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Bower and his team to anyone seeking compassionate and top-notch medical care.

As an IU employee, I am embarrassed by the service at Atwater Eye Care Center. I spent 45 minutes here and left with absolutely no information. I came in specifically looking for Maui Jim or titanium frames. I was told they have no inventory list and no way to sort frames by material or price. I was literally told I would have to look at every single frame manually to find a price. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and untrained. The first girl I spoke to said she doesn't know much about frames and she'll ask someone with knowledge to assist me and went to the back and I overheard her refer to me as ‘an older guy outside who needs help.’ Then comes out a young man who knew nothing about the products. For every simple question I asked (like price breakups for Zeiss lenses vs. coatings under my IU insurance), he disappeared into the back for 5–10 minutes every time. After nearly an hour of this, the only 'answer' I got was a vague guess of $250 with frames or $150 without. This is useless information when frames range from $100 to $500, especially when specifically asking for titanium. Not going back for my glasses, obviously!

The salesperson Helen provided exceptional customer service. Worth the wait and the drive to come this location.

My experience at VisionOne was excellent. The front desk Receptionist was very friendly, the Nursing staff were wonderful especially Debbie and Karen. The Anesthesiologist, Alex, was great and of course Dr. Ward was awesome. Everyone was very professional, compassionate, informative and caring. I highly recommend VisionOne to anyone who needs eye surgery.

I love Dr.Alexa and her staff. Everybody is ALWAYS friendly and they treat you like family. The equipment is top of the line and the building is very clean. I definitely recommend Southeast Eye Group to everyone.
