Awesome experience here with my two children. Came to pick up today, and sadly one of my kids glasses weren't ready(he was pretty sad about it). They were so considerate of how my son was feeling and did what they could to call us back and tell us that we could come back before they close to pick his glasses up too! My kids are happy, so I'm happy! Wonderful, kind staff that makes sure your first visit is a great visit! Would definitely recommend!

Andover Optical is friendly and and operates fast and with reliable results. I have been going there for years and Dr Stoltman has been awesome. And the changes to the office in recent months is outstanding, both in the decorating and the overall operation.

The dr is great an really nice but the waiting time is ridiculous more then two hours just so they can confirm the insurance then another hour an half to see the dr o an the front desk personnel NOT helpful at all

I am SO impressed with the quality of care and general interest in my well being. I had the most thorough eye exam of my life here. Halle is top notch and has incredible patience in helping you find the right glasses. Dr. Melton suggested lenses I had never heard of and I’m excited to see how they work. She had incredible patience with me too and spent a long time making sure I had the right subscription.

I had been with my prior eye professional for over twenty years until he retired. I am so impressed with Dr. Hatala and his staff that I rate him higher than my prior provider. He is excellent and recommend him highly.

Today was my first visit as a new patient. The atmosphere was welcoming and positive and everyone was great. I saw Dr. Ellison and I liked him. He explained everything well so I got an understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new eye doctor.

I called this office in an absolute panic, needing a ophthalmologist to do a dilated eye exam for an out of state combat sports waver. It HAD to be an ophthalmologist not a optometrist. I called so many places before and got short answers and brushed off. I know what I was asking for was a specialist who at other places only does surgery or is booked out for months but I was desperate and discouraged. While I explain my needs on the phone to Jasmine she was so calm (I was a bit panicked), so helpful, and so understanding. She made me feel like she actually cared and wanted to help me. She took my scatterbrained burnt out thoughts in stride and was super patient with me on the phone. She was just an absolute pleasure to work with and luckily she was able to get me set up with an appointment. Jasmine is worth twice her weight in gold. She’s absolutely amazing. I appreciate her eagerness to help!

I've been a patient for years and I am so disappointed..I've been rescheduled for the last 3 appointments for my annual exam just to be rescheduled 30 minutes prior to my appointment on all 3 occasions with the same excuse of "provider had an emergency" i understand we have emergencies but to be rescheduled 3 times to later dates is ridiculous! Now I have to wait 2 months for an exam after being rescheduled for 3 months in a row! You lost this patient and I will never return!

Excellent yearly eye exam visit! All went well & on time. Plenty of helpful information from the reception to pre exam before seeing Dr. Kim. Overall I was totally satisfied with my entire time being there. Looking forward to my next yearly exam!
