As a first time glasses user, the whole experience was great and very smooth!! Bridget was very sweet and took her time helping me find the perfect glasses! All the employees were attentive and professional! I’m honestly glad I chose them to help me!

Godsend staff, Elizabeth was and continues to be phenomenal, Marilyn is super professional and welcoming, Tony as well, amazing experience all around complete patient centered care, this store sets the bar at a point that cannot be reached.

Wow the experience was professional , prompt and very knowledgeable Bridget was all of that I came there 2 weeks ago to get new glasses for my 10 yr old son and right away Bridget who is the assistant manager greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile she immediately knew the size frame my son needed because I was like oh he just needs the kids glasses but she immediately knew that they wouldn’t be the right fit due to his high prescription and him soon going to grow out of the kids size glasses Bridget picked out some nice glasses from the men’s section for my son the glasses were stylish and fit my son he looked so handsome and he was sooo happy about the choices Bridget suggested she was a great help not only with the choice of glasses but also helping me save a lot as I was on a budget the savings were incredibly amazing my son was able to get 2 pair of glasses … thank you Bridget for your awesome customer service and warm heart I’m relocating soon from Florida city and will definitely travel back down to get me and my son a pair of new frames from this location all the time that’s how great the experience was . Continue being a great asset to the eye lab company and as they should definitely value you as there employee!!!!!!

Unprofessional. i’ve never seen a place with such horrible customer service. Do not call to make an appointment because they hang up the phone if they do not understand you.They don't try to help you. it’s terrible!

Dr.Lucy is the best and the employees that work in the vision center are 10/10! i recommend this vision center!!

I ordered my glasses 2/24/2019 it is 3/11/2019 and I still do not have my glasses even though my estimated arrival was 3/5/2019. I have called various times and the gentleman just tells me call back in two days or keep calling back and does not explain what is happening. Upon speaking to manager 3/11/2019 she explains the people doing my lenses messed up three times and that is why there has been a delay. Ridiculous. The eye doctor was amazing, however the professionalism of the team is lacking. Not necessarily ideal when you need your glasses quickly.

Terrible staff, the one in the front desk is very rude every woman there is rude!!!!

Sometimes service can be rude and glasses expensive, but Dr's are good.
