Took my 80yr old father here for surgery. His appointment was at 1pm. They made a diabetic, frail old man wait over 11/2 hours after his scheduled appointment time with nothing to eat or drink as per his surgery instructions from midnight the night before. By the time we left he’d been without food and drink for over 18 hrs. The staff here is fine. Personable and accommodating. No issues with them. Dr. Fredrickson however, needs a complete overhaul to her scheduling system. She seems to Completely disregard her patients’ time and health. If you must schedule surgery here, please for the love of all that’s holy, don’t schedule it with her.

I have been going to Mason Eye Clinic for several years. Every time I go, I get the same excellent service from the moment I step through the door. Excellent customer service and virtually little to no wait time. I am extremely satisfied with the eye care I receive from Dr. Mason and his team. From the eye exam to the purchase of contact lenses everything is explained to me in detail.

Wow! Just an amazing team, from customer service to their technician Andy and Dr Conrad, are the best! They helped out our cat when she was very ill. They assessed the severy of my cat and made room for an emergency appointment. They were very sweet and gentle when handling my cat when she was under a lot of pain. They provided options for my cat, and I made the decision to have her eye removed due to the severity. To be completely honest, we were scared of having a new Dr and obviously the cost, but after everything, the cost was reasonable. My cat is doing great! Her incision is looking good, and my cat is surprisingly not scared when she sees them during check-up visits. Would recommend 100% and bring any future paw babies if in need.

May 23, 2023 Dr. Stevens resume looked good. The appointment was a retina check for confirmation of wet macular degeneration. No explanation of my condition or injection of medication into eye for treatment. Numbed area of eye with drops. Injected needle in area of eye that was NOT numbed then injected needle in numbed area. Both injections were painful. No empathy for error or stress of receiving eye injection. I do not recommend. A no star rating for this horrible experience 😢 The staff was friendly.

This establishment is superb - I actually felt that the staff was so caring and attentive in every professional manner possible. They genuinely work with a fully focused purpose and were authentically friendly and personable at the same time. They know what they're doing and it shows in their facilitation toward their clients. Overall the atmosphere was highly sound while nicely conducted.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr Breaud is an amazing doctor who did 2 detached retinas on my husband. We traveled to Baton Rouge for both and his bedside manor and his staff are above amazing!!! I would definitely recommend him.

I receive awesome service from my eye doctor in falls Church. Anna was wonderful she was very attentive to my questions and helping me pick out a great pair of frames. Everyone we're amazing this will be my go to place for all my eyeglass needs

Professionalism and friendly staff

Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The eye doctor cares about his patients and always explains everything so well. I leave feeling like I mattered and that I am in good hands. The women who work there are ALWAYS kind and pleasant. I enjoy my visit everytime! So happy I found this practice.

Dr Benkle & staff are awesome. Has great selection in eyeglasses and also accommodate my needs every time.
