Dr del veccio has been my dr for many years . I highly recommend this location. Believe me when I tell you this is a great office and dr del veccio is amazing and very knowledgeable!

This location has the BEST Professional staff and services including doctor. They noticed me when I walked in no matter who was there. Kevin was excellent, so polite. When I got the call to pick, I went and the guy who assisted was also courteous. I love this location and I refer them to everyone. I accidentally put review for the other location but sorry you all, this is where it should have been. Love you forever. Love my new guess gladdes

So first off, let me be clear on the location I went to! I went to the newest one in Homestead in the shopping center of Publix & Party City (811 North Homestead Blvd.) From start to finish I had a 10/10 experience!!! 5++++ Stars! When I called they answered the phone immediately & politely. Informative. Currently as of 11/6/23 their eye exam for uninsured people is $59.99 & if you need glasses you can get two pairs for $79.99 eye exam included. Yes their are some logistics to the deal you can call them for that. Oh & I was able to get a same day appt.!! They are still only 2 mths. Open! So you’re truly in & out right now. The variety of glasses for this deal was not bad at all, I took quite sometime to pick a pair I liked because I’ve never worn glasses. Brody & Sujeily were AMAZING & patient!! & I finally picked my new reading glasses. My experience with the Dr. was top notch. I saw Dr. Arcia (female). She was lovely, took her time with me to get my very baby baby R/X correct. I had my eyes dilated (hell on earth not because of the staff lol they helped ease my discomfort the whole way, I just don’t like the burn you feel when drop falls in, but like everything you adapt!). The doctor seemed very knowledgeable even if she looked young, so don’t let that deter you. She looks like a young doctor, which is great for me it means fresh eyes to examine me. Very sweet & caring. Not a place that will treat you like a number. I HIGHLY recommend this location & staff. I had a great experience & I’m so glad my friend told me about America’s Best!!! In 2 weeks or less I will be called to pick up my new reading/computer glasses. PS. The staff was so good I had to take a picture lol & they offer this new tech to take a pic of your eye for a more in depth exam for just $20.

First time client. Scheduling my appointment was super easy! On the day of my appointment, I was greeted immediately and my wait time for the pretest and the doctor were minimal. They have a wide selection of frames and I was assisted by Stephanie, who was extremely helpful, to pick out frames that I liked. Overall, Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Doctor answered all my questions.

I've been a customer for 10 years. Every time I go, it's pleasant and positive experience. Two weeks ago I went in because my eyeglass were broken (not the glass but the parts/legs that go over the ears). I was assisted by Amanda. For the last 3 years she has assisted me always. Amanda resolved my problem with my eyeglasses immediately and pleasantly, always with a smile and cheery attitude. Last week, I got my replacement glasses. Amanda, then and in the past has been knowledgeable about all things eyeglasses and totally pleasant with everything. I HIGHLY recommend ABC&E and Amanda to get whatever problem you have resolved, in a pleasant and expeditious manner. Thanks again, Amanda!

My daughter was very nervous about getting contacts but thankfully she had Ms.Daniela who reassured her that it wasn't as scary as it seems. Her patience and demonstration of the process made it easy for my daughter to try it for herself. It was a positive experience and I would recommend Ms.Daniela to anyone who was trying contacts for the first time.

I called for an appointment and gave them all the information they needed since “it’s a new company after Dr. Budd retired”. I showed up and was told that they could not find our name under our insurance. I told her how can that be since my husband was just here 2 weeks ago. Then she verified again and she said oh yes but you have to come back next year for your yearly. Really? I had been waiting for an hour just for them to tell me that? These new company and her doesn’t know anything. Private practice is still the best! What’s the purpose of getting my information ahead of time? They don’t have any idea what they are doing! You can do better than that! Train your people well and train them to have the best customer service!

BEWARE... this place does not inform you of charges for things they make you think your covered with insurance, when your not! My 83 year old mom was taken advantage by not being told about up charges or frame prices, so the office could get more money out of her. If she was informed correctly she could have gotten 2 to 3 pairs of glasses but instead she only got 1 pair that constantly need adjusting. They did not offer a refund or exchange also when they claim they have a 30 day guarantee....So if you decide to go there ask questions and double check so you don't get taken advantage of.
