Bella a great person helped me through the whole process ups and downs. Really understands patient care and goes above and beyond. Patient and respectful. Would came back here just for her to help me.

I'm not the person to complain or write a bad reviews, but this time it got to me that I had to. I had trouble with this optometrist before but decide to give them a second chance since they're close and once more got disapoiment. I went to get my glasses fix because one of screw was lose and they told me to leave and come back in a few hours, when I went back to pick them up they told me they send to lab. They never got my permission to send my glasses off, and they still had the nerve to charge me to get them fix. Couldn't do nothing about it because it was send out already. Told me that I will have by Wednesday. I didn't go Wednesday (yesterday) because I didn't want to hear that it wasn't ready so I came/went today(Thursday) and still no glasses. After they told me it wasn't going to be ready til Wednesday the next day I went headed and bought new glasses for $400 thinking I would get one pair of glasses because I depend on my glasses so I can drive, work or school. So I say even if you have to pay or spent a little more go somewhere else. I really don't recommend this place at all. Just giving my experience so people won't go throw my situation.

Dr. Gregory Tom is knowledgeable and patient in providing excellent eye care to our family. Dr. Tom examines our eyes with great care. Dr. Tom’s clinic is equipped with much updated equipment. Dr. Tom’s staff are extremely professional and friendly. I am grateful to Dr. Tom and his staff in accommodating our visiting schedules.

Extremely unprofessional service unfortunately. Dr. Campbell did not seem to have much interest in my well being. I had a chalazion in my left eye. I went to several different walk-ins before finally seeing an opthomologist. After about a little over a month, I came across Dr. Campbell. My appointment was on a Friday, and verbatim, I was told "we didnt particularly do these things on Fridays" in reference to draining the painful chalazion in my eye. At this point, it was affecting my vision as well. He prescribed me some medication I was already prescribed from walk-ins, and told me to come back in 2 weeks. I was extremely upset, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then, a couple days before my appointment to have the chalazion drained, I was informed he was going on vacation and told me I would have to wait until he got back, another week! I was very upset, but agreed. At this point, to no surprise, I was told ONE DAY before my appointment, that because of the "long vacation" after 4th of july, I would have to wait another week. In total, I entrusted my health with Dr. Campbells office and for a full *extra* month, I remained in pain and had to suffer my eye sight as well. Of course, I took my business elsewhere. I would highly recommend Dr. Margerie Burness, she took me in on extremely short notice due to the *severity* of my situation and treated me promptly and professionally. Dr. Burness showed an interest and care about my health, DR. CAMPBELL certainly did not.

I have had an extremely positive and successful experience with everyone in this practice . Each individual was patient,respectful,courteous, and professional. They have an organized approach to cataract surgery making it work seamlessly from start to finish. Dr.Johar is a brilliant surgeon with a reassuring demeanor and calming manner. I’m very thankful to everyone for restoring my vision, and for making the entire process pleasant. I will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends!!!

I have been visiting this place for years. My family also comes here with Dr Hanna. We loved the service and his staff is really friendly. I will definitely come back again.

Robert Hoffert, OD was a very polite, professional and friendly person. Happy that I had him as my doctor. It was a pleasant experience in the morning. I am so happy that I became a new patient with St Luke because all the staff were so friendly and courteous.
