Was there for an hour waiting to pick up an order I paid for. There were 3 employees chatting with the same customer, doing random things and nobody even acknowledged me and 3 other customers. I'd say they were professionally ignoring us. Monique and Daniel were there and they wouldn't pay attention until I started arguing about the wait time. Monique said we had to wait until they called our number, during the time we were there they didn't call a single number. Worst customer service, I do not understand how these people still work there!

I stood for half an hour to order a pizza, there was no queue, the cashier did not even begin to talk to me, a very rude person did not even want to listen to me, I would not want such rude workers to be kept here

I've almost always had a problem when I'm at the Vision Center, and it usually has something to do with the manager here (Monique I think?). I've had a pair of glasses break on me and she refused to replace them - the other opticians are helpful however.

He’s a very caring man. He has gone out of his way for me. Great doctor and person. When I can’t get Dr Puglisi and I hear the voice of Candice on the phone I breath a sigh of relief. I know that she will get me in contact with Dr Puglisi. She is very professional and has a great personality.

You can never reach this office. It's like hurry up and wait. They say if it's an emergency call 911, but what if you have a condition that needs attention. You end up with poor health care. If they are that busy then they should make provisions.

Horrible experience. Even before i went in i was treated without any respect from a woman call Candice!!!! She has no manners when she talks . The location and aperance of the office was not nice. I had waited 2 months for this appoitment and i left because i didnt feel save. The woman call Candice should be fired.

The place is cozy,the Dr is very nice and excellent with kids,the options for glasses was amazing. Whatever your looking for they have it there. Pricing was good for the name brands they carry. Pick up was quick and easy

The ratings threw me off. I was greeted by the most wonderful staff and assisted by Alexa with purchasing frames for my father. The doctor was the most generous and caring. Our appointment time was at 2:20, saw the doctor in 20 mins. Was out the by 3pm. Will return to the office again. Loved the service.

WOSRT PLACE EVER! please save your time and DO NOT come here. They never answer the phone and when your prescription is ready they DO NOT CALL. My son really needs his glasses because he has poor vision and is doing poorly in school because of it. Idk how long it’s been and still no glasses and they already have half the money. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.
