I have always had a good experience with your facility. Doctor's and workers have always been helpful and very nice. Doctor's are very easy to talk with and don't make you feel rushed. All questions and concerns are answered so I can easily understand. I have no complaints,only good things about Coastal Vision. Thank you, Lora Golden.

Would have given a 5 star as I usually do. However at checkout the lady wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain that Dr Stubits wanted to see me before the 1/15/24 visit she had scheduled for me.
She wouldn’t listen - so I came home and called & luckily spoke to a delightful lady who listened, understood & rescheduled me as he had discussed.

I was seen in a timely manner by skilled staff who treated me with care. I had a thourough exam and enjoyed a clear explanation of my eye health by my doctor. I highly recommend Coastal Vision Center and Dr. Heron.

Dr Chokshi is very thorough and I appreciate his evaluation of my additional issue concerning cateract surgery. His staff is always very attentive and pleasant too. I would highly recommend North Florida Surgeons.

I am always very pleased with the service there. They are always very friendly, and do a terrific job. I was glad I found them. I like Dr. Lott very much. He is very up to date on all the new information. I will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a good eye doctor.

I can’t really begin to express how thankful we were to be seen so quickly by the wonderful team at this office while on vacation. My wife developed a shingles rash near her left eye and with a prosthetic right eye , we were naturally concerned. After being referred to a local ER, and then referred to Tomoka Eye, we explained the situation to Mia, who took all our info and called us back with an opening within minutes. Once we got there, everyone was wonderful, responsive and compassionate. The doctor took time to do a thorough exam and explained everything , making sure we understand what was happening. What could have been a scary experience turned I to a great story we’ll be able to tell for years. We’re home now , but this definitely turned into a positive part of our vacation. Thank you so much!

After waiting 6 weeks for my initial appt. with Dr. Root and after arriving 1/2 hour early in the pouring rain, my appt was cancelled due to an emergency. There was no call, text or email and i showed the girl my phone. No appts were available until Jan. I would have seen any Dr but "there was nothing they could do. Very unimpressive customer service

Dr Kline cancelled my late June appointment and can not reschedule until November... that's crazy...why be a regular patient if the Dr can't see you in a timely manner??? Debbie Casperson

My absolute worst experience with an eye place, I was told my insurance has changed even though I have had the same vision insurance for the past 3 years. I called my Vision insurance provider and was told this business is in network and my total out of pocket expense would be $35 (as it has been for the past 2 years I have gotten my eye exam and glasses through eyesavers). The ladies in the front of the office were very adamant that it had changed and so did my co-pays etc. So last friday when I went in for my annual eye exam appt, I was told it would be a larger out of pocket cost. I cancelled my appointment and will be looking for a new office. I will NEVER refer anyone here due to the simple fact that this was an oversight on their part and no one apologized or even tried to make an effort to figure it out. If someone in your office does not know how to figure out co-pays/insurance ETC you should ask for help, or hire better help because they do not know what they are doing.

First time at this location and Dr Kelly was amazing. I have severe neck and back pain and it's hard to sit in one position very long. She was patient and understanding.
The staff is amazing and can't wait to get my glasses in two weeks.
