I am i very disappointed in the lack of service I received. I went in on January 3rd for my appointment when I asked, I was assured that I was covered, that my insurance was in a new benefit year. Now three and a half weeks later I find out then I'm not covered and I have to pay if I want my glasses that were due to be in a week and a half ago. Mind you I've called three times and stopped in there twice too see if my glasses had come in yet and one time to have them re-measure my pupil distance. When I called today I get told that they called me on January 6th but they didn't get my voicemail so couldn't leave a message. Do you think they could have told me that any of the times that I've called or stopped in in the last three and a half weeks? I always give people the benefit of the doubt and I have never posted a bad review in my life until today

ICE-TECH Advanced Lens Technologies purchased two sputtering targets from us in April 2015, but we haven't received the payment yet. In the beginning, Allen Weather by told me that they will send me the payment in a few months since they don't have money. However, they don't any my email and phone calls any more. I am very disappointed. You will be very careful if you want to do business with them since they are not honest.

Sadly, this place does NOT have it together. Both my husband and I had a good experiences with the doctors but the rest of this place is a nightmare Unfortunately, for my husband, 1st pair of glasses came in wrong. Second pair ordered, and almost 2 months waiting and nothing. No return calls when we would call to check on them. I went in twice and last time I believe I was told a lie as Maria said she called the lab and they were to be in exactly a week later. Come to find out, they were never ordered per another employee. (His name maybe CB but not sure.) He said it was a mess and it was their fault. We ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere. In the interim of waiting for the return of my husband’s 1st pair, husband’s friend went in and he also had a horrible experience. Doctors are decent but rest of the staff is awful. Update: As you can see, someone responded to our review asking for us to reach out to them. We tried but it constantly says invalid email address. Plus, they HAVE all of our contact information so if they truly wanted to correct their errors, they could have easily contacted us. This response was just to make it appear to whoever reads this as they were trying to get to the bottom of this ridiculous situation but in our opinion , they really are not.

This is my first time here for an eye exam and for contact fitting. The staff here are the best of the best. Everyone is pleasant, friendly, helpful, and patient. Dr. Gerald is amazing, very thorough which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend everyone to come to MyEyeDr.

The Optometrist is AMAZING, he explained everything and was very supportive. The location is very accessible, the inventory of frames and the pricing is great, and the STAFF is absolutely FABULOUS!!! The BEST! So grateful for their services and they are and will continue to be “MY EYE DOCTOR”!!!! Jacksonville-Atlantic Blvd location

I am very impressed and satisfied with the quality and thoroughness of care at Atlantic Eye Institute. I forgot to ask that a form required by The DMV be filled out; I’ll be mailing that to you with a return address envelope and calling about it. I’m surprised I wasn’t asked if I needed one based on my age! Thank you so much.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Duss. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders not having to worry about contacts and glasses. I will be sending friends , family and my patients for all their eye care needs to Dr. Duss.

Very thorough exam and they listened to my concerns. When actually doing the eye test, the young lady took her time and went back and forth between the 2-lenses so that I was sure which one was actually better. The last I exam I had, at a different practice, the Doctor acted like he was late for a date and I was holding him up. Everything that I was concerned about after an extremely high blood sugar incident and becoming a Type II diabetic was checked and addressed. I would highly recommend Dr. Diaz and her staff for your Ophthalmological needs. Definitely a 5-Star service!

I have been going to this office for many many years. I’ve had severe eye issues many times and surgeries. Dr. Kostick and her staff have been dedicated, patient, wonderful and most of all talented and corrected all of my issues and my family’s. I greatly appreciated how she treated my elderly mother with dementia who was slowly going blind and my son who was born with an eye birth defect. There aren’t enough words to express what Dr. Kostick has done for me and my family. As long as she keeps her practice open, my family will be patients of this establishment.
