I was treated well by all the staff . I was waited on quickly and efficiently . I was not happy with the limited selection of frames available with my medical .

From the front door on, this staff takes care of you. A clean, bright showroom with frames in all price ranges awaits you. The reception desk is usually buzzing, but they always make sure to greet you and say they’ll be right with you IF they’re with someone else. They’re fast and efficient, though, so you never stand around for long. After check in, the nurse and doctor are friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly: attentive to what you say and the implications on your eye health. Dr. Hume has facilitated impactful changes to my life by identifying issues before I recognize a problem and has helped me be more comfortable in my life and work. As an artist working with extremely small pieces, it’s made all the difference to me. I should also mention that the members of staff who work with you to choose your glasses and lenses are also friendly and they know their stuff. This branch o Optimize is easily my favorite crew of professionals I have to deal with. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dr. S. WILKES and team are awesome. They have been very attentive to my care and overall well-being. I have not experienced any issues with this team since my initial treatments since 2022. Keep up the excellent service!

Came to have my glasses fitted and cleaned and I guess a long wait ( 30 plus minutes) as if you are a nobody is in store for you once they already have your money. Also will text you your glasses are in easy for pickup and once you arrive 20 minutes later will be closed. Unreal. It’s like once we have your money then you less than important to us. Go somewhere else to be treated good. I highly recommend lens crafter.

Highly recommend Dr. Hakobyan and his amazing team. I’ve been to his office twice now and have interacted with many people throughout the office. Everyone is truly so kind, warm, and understanding. It’s a breath of fresh air, particularly because of past experiences I’ve had with other eye doctors who did not treat previous eye conditions I’ve had.

This was my first visit to my new optometrist Dr Hammill and it was a great experience! He was very professional & knowledgeable as well as kind and empathetic! I’m so very happy and feel secure having him as my eye care specialist! This was a definite 10/10 office visit…I do not want to leave out the office staff either they were A++ and the office itself was immaculately clean as well!!

Kat was absolutely amazing! I came in with all seven of my children, and she handled everything with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism. She made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for from start to finish. It’s not easy managing a big family visit, but she did it with such grace and a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. We are so grateful for her and will definitely be coming back!

If I could give more than five stars I would. I took my aunt's glasses to Mike's for repair and he was just amazing. He did a fantastic job of fixing the glasses. My aunt was so happy to have her glasses back in working order she about cried. Mike is very knowledgeable. A master of his craft.The town of Lincoln is lucky to have him. I would highly recommend him even if traveling from out of town.

I had a fantastic experience at Longe Optical. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I quickly had my appointment with no wait time. At the end, they walked me through all of the steps regarding my insurance and pricing in a way that made sense. Even though I'm extremely indecisive, they provided their recommendations and even added different glasses to my file in case I wanted to come back to decide later. I would definitely recommend this location!

Ill give them 2 stars for being quick and efficient with my appointment. However, make sure your insurance is confirmed BEFORE you go back. They put my husband through the whole exam, then informed us they couldn't find his insurance, and charged us full price. This could have been prevented had they confirmed his insurance first and actually gave us a CHOICE. Kinda shady.
