I also drive an hour to come see this doctor. He is AMAZING with kids. so so happy I switched doctors. I couldn't be happier. i HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ortiz. My 10 month old even loves him! SO SO IMPRESSED!! I can't say enough about this doctor. So happy to have him!

Did not honor the online appointment. Wasted my half day of work and lost work hours. Felt that receptionist was rude. Without even looking properly she said there is we had no appointment. I showed my online appointment email, she said she didn't have anything and cannot accommodate us. She said may be the online appointment is not working. She did offer another appointment some other day but we will just choose some other vision office as don't know how we will be treated further.

Alice was the best!!! She was so patient with my daughter who loves to take her time shopping. My daughter had issues with her nose due to an injury and was always complaining of pain even during allergy season. We were looking for light weight pair of glasses. The glasses were affordable we walk out with two pairs, cat eyes and aviators transitions, since she wears them all day! My daughter has not complained once about her nose, after a month and a half of wearing them since they’re so light weight thank God! Alice knows her stuff thank you so much Eye2Eye!!

What a wonderful staff and business. I walked in at 9 am to a lobby full of people and thought to myself "great, i'll probably be here for hours." My appointment was at 9, i got called back at 9:05. The assistant was so thorough and quick and kind. He got me ready to see the doctor. She was also so kind and quick. I was in the office for a total of one hour for a full eye exam. They know what they're doing. Very knowledgeable, seems like the whole staff has been there for a while. They have a great system going. I never leave reviews for eye doctors, but they deserved it. Highly recommend.

Great place for children's education!!!

Dr. Johnson is an exceptional, kind, patient and caring surgeon. She performed Cataract surgery on me, and I am very pleased with the results. She has a wonderful bedside manner. David Bowden

Everyone was amazing from check in to check out. My nurse, Tianna, made me comfortable and was very personable. The post op care from Hannah and Kayla was great as well. I can’t say enough about my surgeon, Dr Bondalapati. She is knowledgeable, caring and has such a calm demeanor. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Thank you so much!

Dr. Vorasarun was very detailed with the exam. She was also very patient in explaining my condition and answering my questions. It was such a pleasant experience and put my mind at ease with the eye issue I was having. Highly recommended!

Dr. Melody paid attention to my family history of glaucoma. She explained in detail about my eye’s pressure, myopia, and how to take care of them. She spent more than 30 minutes checking my eyes and explaining eyes condition. I felt happy and satisfied with my visit. The staff were very patient with me and helping me choose the good eyeglasses. Money well spent. Will come back.
