I stopped in Eye Encounters for help with a contact lens emergency while traveling. The women at the front desk, as well as Dr. Rafferty, were all very friendly and helpful. They solved my problem and had me on my way quickly. Thank you!

Waited over an hour for a scheduled eye exam. The office took a walk in appt ahead of me. Staff came out to explain the wait would be long and suggested rescheduling. The chairs are very hard and uncomfortable. Avoid this location if you have a bad back.

I have been a patient for years and I can’t say enough about the excellent level of care I always receive from Dr. Zhang and her entire team. The exam is thorough and the doctor always takes the time to explain procedures and answer all my questions so that I leave feeling confident that I have received the best vision care! I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Ruzicka was wonderful! She took her time with me to explain everything that was going with me eyes. She explained that I have cataracts and she prescribed contacts that really helped my vision. Her staff were awesome as well! Great experience.

I was very pleased with the results of my visit today! Everyone from the staff at the front desk to Dr Chao was amazing! When one of the girls was done with the first part of my exam she said she would tighten my glasses arms not only did she do that but she cleaned them and fixed the nose pads and got me a new glass case! All the girls are really gracious and kind!!! I would highly recommend Woodstock Optometry!

After going to another well known eye doctor and having an awful experience with my daughter we decided to try Ross eye care with Dr Reynolds. Dr Reynolds has been nothing but patient centered and listens to you and your child. I would not go anywhere else. The wait times are a bit long but it’s worth it for the quality care he provides. He always explains everything and values your opinion. Thank you Dr. Reynolds on making our daughters experience with the eye doctor a positive one!

Staff was friendly and quick. Doctor did a great job explaining the reasons behind each test and what everything meant. My glasses consultant, Sage, went above and beyond in helping me find the right pair of glasses for my face. They took into consideration what and why I didn't like a given pair and patiently helped me find the perfect fit. I definitely took a while. Made a lasting impression. I'll be recommending this place to my friends.

Dr. Ferrigan is always a pleasure to be with. She finds the best value for her patients and works with your schedule as much as possible. Joel is in the eye glass department and is always wonderful and easy to ask …

Dr.Jacklyn Lin and the rest of the staff over at Advanced Eyecare are just a delight. They are welcoming, professional, and really care about the well being of their patients. I went in with an eye injury, and they just knocked it out of the park with how they treated me, how detailed yet swift the process was, and how they helped me heal from the injury. If you don’t have health insurance, no worries, their prices are very reasonable. I 100% recommend this facility for your eye health needs.
