Lost my glasses at the beach, came to get a simple eye exam. 2/3 employees were nice but there was one lady who was rude for no reason, and it wasn't just me, she had a sour attitude towards everyone even to people who were just asking a simple question no eye contact and overall bad attitude. She had even charged me and the next patient for the wrong things. I'm sorry to anyone who lives here and has to deal with her all the time.

The customer service is amazing! The recommendation about my glasses was accurate. Marcel and Clarita are the best!

For years I had gone to a fancy optical shop in Kendal. This year I decided to try something closer to home (Miami Shores). What a pleasant surprise, while not as fancy, the service and frame selection were great. And I got my glasses quickly, the fit and lenses (progressive and transitional) are perfect! Very happy, this will be my new optical shop👍🏼

I went to this optician because it is located near my house. I thought it was convenient. My experience with the ophthalmologist was excellent. The owners of the Optica are charming and very friendly. They don't pressure you to decide which lens you are going to choose. Today I picked up my glasses and they were perfect, I have no complaints. I have to admit that this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them 😊 Evelyn.

This the worst place I’ve ever had to go for any kind of medical reasons. I spent 2 hours waiting to see the doctor after my insurance company kept explaining that I didn’t need a referral for his office to say I did for a regular eye appointment. If the receptionist wasn’t shopping on Victoria secret maybe she could have gotten it right and proceeded with my appointment. Needless to say I left without a eye exam. I wouldn’t take my dogs there

Dr Tescher is the best. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and on point. The staff is very friendly yet professional

I've been a patient of Dr Tescher for several years and my mother was a patient of his father before him. I always feel that Dr. Tescher is a true professional and takes every step to insure that the health of my eyes is a priority. His staff is also welcoming and professional in their interactions with patients.

They have good doctors and the staff are friendly. Last year, I had no problem getting my glasses. I am getting new frames this Wednesday, and so are my sister and mother. We are all happy, and we have no complaints.
