Dr Haiman is the BEST! I go frequently for routine exams and blepharitis treatments. Wait time is low and he is simply the most easy person to talk to and listens. The staff is outstanding as well and super caring and prompt. Appointments are so easy too. They call you back or text if they missed you. Overall FANTASTIC

I have been coming to this location for a few years and most recently came in for a Saturday morning appointment. Every member of the team was friendly, thorough, and efficient. They never pressured me to buy anything extra, instead focusing on maximizing my insurance benefits to purchase what I had intended. I even received a complimentary pair of sunglasses! Dr. Truong's extensive knowledge and genuine care were evident as he addressed my concerns, thoroughly explained my imaging, and gave me tailored recommendations. The overall positive atmosphere and the team's happiness to work there added to the exceptional experience. I highly recommend this office for their top-notch service and expertise in eye care!

Dr. did not make me feel comfortable at all in a way where he would not even take the time to explain or ask questions properly. And as you try to explain, he kinda have this sarcasm with laugh upon answering your questions. I felt rushed in a way where it made me feel like I was doing him a favor for his service. Kind of disrespectful/rude manner overall. In short, he was not showing concern for the patient except the money they can make out of your visit/exam which is very sad.

Fantastic experience getting a new prescription and buying new glasses. Everyone was really helpful. I got prompt service and my options and costs were presented clearly. Scott helped me out and he was really great! I’ll be back for sure.

This location is super unprofessional. I came in here another time to simply pick out my glasses. They had me waiting and waiting til the point I had to leave because I had other obligations. I come a whole other day, and they had me waiting forever AGAIN. Someone claimed they had to jump on a call, and I had to wait for a “coordinator specialist” who wasn’t coming In for another 35-45 minutes, while I’m also seeing 3/4 employees walking around. Why is it so difficult to simply pick out glasses at this location? Every single time it’s something. I’ve never experienced this issue at any other location

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. I confirmed and pre-checked in online and by text. Then 3 days later, the day before my appointment they called and said they never got confirmation so they scheduled someone else at my time. They said they never sent a text and I still have it on my phone and the confirmation that I clearly shows I confirmed. They told me my only choice was to wait and get worked in possibly or schedule for another day. That's NOT my only choice. I chose to go to a more professional location. Save yourself the frustration and find another office that actually has a business mindset.

Great experience from the start; helpful and knowledgable staff. Doctor was top notch; really appreciated not only the diagnostic eye exam, but how she walked me through the implications of all the tests and what it might mean for my future ocular health. Definitely my regular optical place from now on.

As a new patient with Steer Optical, I had a great experience! The front desk staff was professional and welcoming! The staff person who assisted me with my initial eye measurements was patient and equally as welcoming. Dr. Steer took his time and listened to my concerns and was thorough with his explanations and answers to my questions. I am pleased with my experience at Steer Optical so far.

Just became clients of Dr. My-Hanh Trieu and her team and we're so glad we did! She is so masterful about adroitly performing a thorough, complete eye exam warmly, then providing a big picture assessment in a way the patient can understand. Highly recommended!
