Buyer beware. Staff is kind and professional, but this location was rigidly inflexible with their "policy". This resulted in me having glasses of an incorrect prescription that are useless to me. They offered to have lenses remade at an out-of-pocket expense as my insurance benefit was used for the year on the glasses needing different lenses.

My family and I are new clients to visual health. Our experience was amazing. We were greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. I came in a few minutes early to take care of the new patient forms and we seen immediately. Our experience with the doctor went just as well. She made us feel comfortable and took great care our eyes. Definitely found my new eye doctor!

I had a wonderful experience with Visual Health from start to finish. I would especially like to mention Ramze who did an outstanding job helping me pick out my frames. His patience, considerateness, and attention to detail are hard to find these days.

I absolutely loved the environment of the eye clinic. If you are new like me and confused about which doctor to visit, you should definitely visit to Rosslyn Eye Associates. I am sure you won't regret it. Starting from staffs to Dr everyone know about their job and do it sincerely. Location: It is nearby to Rosslyn station. Enter to building adjacent with the station and go to 11th floor.

Old-school patient-first eye doctor. Will not hesitate to talk you out of more expensive things if they are not necessary for you, and charges less than some of the local factory-style shops. Can take a while to get an appointment, but they also have a waitlist for a shot at getting in sooner. Worth the wait either way.

Dr. Weiss is absolutely lovely. It was my first time to his practice, and I was very pleased with the level of service and friendliness exhibited by all of the staff. I also very much appreciated the fact that Dr. Weiss does not pressure you to purchase glasses or contact lenses from his office, but is rather there to help or provide care in any way he can.

Dr Justis and Chris were top notch. Provided great medical care. Very attentive. Good selection of glasses, as well!

I was sent here by the VA without choice. The eye doc was nice enough, but also a bit dismissive when I was voicing my past medical experiences relating to my symptoms. I went into the appt not sure what to expect, but left feeling like she cared more about getting her check from the contract company than treating me like a "real patient". I drove 45 min both ways for a 5 min appt. Im glad I don't have to go back here.

I actually really like this place – the people are cool and professional. But seriously, don't get your contacts from here. I ordered some, had to call them after waiting for like 6-8 weeks, and still no contacts! They blamed it on 'overall' shipping delays across the board, (not true, it was whom they used) Ordered from 1-800 Contacts, and got them in 5 days. If you're up for an eye check, cool, but unless you've got 1-2 months to kill waiting for contacts, check out another place. Overall, I do like this place, though and still go, aka the stars!
