Every person at Baptist Eye Surgery Center made my surgery as easy as possible. The care I received was top notch. The team clearly strives to provide a positive experience, and I felt like they took care of me as an individual rather than a number. I would rate the full team very highly, from the front desk reception to the nursing, anesthesiology and physician teams.

I don't think I've ever received so much friendly care from such a caring, just plain-old-nice staff! With one exception - the front desk person, who was borderline brusque with me - everyone was so helpful and pleasant that a potentially challenging experience was made so much easier. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Dr. Lessner and his staff is very friendly, professional, skilled, and the procedure is truly painless. Remember to rest and follow instructions. Overall, having to wear glasses since I was 6 years old and being 36 years old with the procedure has been amazing. The results are truly 8k vision. You will not know relief until you finally look at a street sign, or even something that normally was blurred until you finally experience the wonders of surgery. The best part is it literally takes less than 10 minutes. I would like to thank Millennium Laser Eye Centers for their work, and the staff for the overall easy and straight forward experience. 5 stars is not enough, 10 out of 10.

The absolute best experience getting my Lasik here. Recovery was one week but I could see right away. The staff made me feel at home every single time I came in and the follow up appointments were all fast! I was in and out within 15 minutes which is hard to find nowadays. I can see perfectly!

Why did I wait so long to have LASIK?! 16 years of contacts and 18 years of glasses later and now I have fantastic vision. Dr. Lessner and his team are incredibly competent and efficient. My vision was -3.75 in my left eye and -4 in my right eye with slight astigmatism. The surgery was quick and painless. Immediately after surgery, my eyes were 20/80. The next morning after surgery 20/15. It’s been smooth sailing since!!! Best thing I’ve done (so far) in 2023. 🤪

What a great experience this was in times of sorely lacking hospitality in the customer service industry. Everyone was great! It was such a pleasurable interaction that I look forward to my f/u appt. Dr. Cohen was so nice and pleasant. I appreciate & respect what they have created. Great atmosphere, great staff, great place.

The most incredible and BEST experience I've ever had! I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and contacts for almost 20. This experience with Dr. Cohen was by far the best I've had. She took the time to make sure I had the right prescription for both my contacts and prescription lenses. She also saw my oldest son and made his first experience the best he could've had. I will never want to go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Cohen and staff for providing excellent service, care, and prompt service. When my son needed his lenses ASAP, you all went above and beyond to ensure he had glasses as soon as possible. From the bottom of my heart - THANK YOU!!!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the doctor is sweet with her patients.
