Great experience from the start; helpful and knowledgable staff. Doctor was top notch; really appreciated not only the diagnostic eye exam, but how she walked me through the implications of all the tests and what it might mean for my future ocular health. Definitely my regular optical place from now on.

Great experience. In and out very quick for eye exam appointment. Explained everything to us each step of the way. Didn't push anything extra to buy. Would come here regularly for appointments.

As a new patient with Steer Optical, I had a great experience! The front desk staff was professional and welcoming! The staff person who assisted me with my initial eye measurements was patient and equally as welcoming. Dr. Steer took his time and listened to my concerns and was thorough with his explanations and answers to my questions. I am pleased with my experience at Steer Optical so far.

Just became clients of Dr. My-Hanh Trieu and her team and we're so glad we did! She is so masterful about adroitly performing a thorough, complete eye exam warmly, then providing a big picture assessment in a way the patient can understand.

She was absolutely fantastic. I went here for the first time and she explained my entire treatment plan and why my prescription changed. She walked me through my insurance and what was covered for me to get me the best products at the best price. I can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. My-Hanh Trieu is the best! I've been going to her for contacts for a couple years now. Her prices are more affordable than going through insurance. Customer service is amazing and she truly cares about her patients which is always a bonus for me.

Not the employees fault, but this place is a total scam.
Went in for (medically unnecessary) eye exam on Monday. Waited thirty minutes before being told they were canceling and rescheduled for today - no discount, no consideration for how my time had been wasted.
Today's exam - 300$ for a prescription (the same as my old one) and one years lenses, which I was encouraged to use as quickly as possible so that I can come back in and buy more ASAP.
After my exam, i was encouraged to buy multiple pairs of frames at their exorbitant prices - here's a tip: if every product is always on sale, the business is smokescreening the fact that their prices suck. Even the cheapest frames "on sale" are 5x what you can expect to pay online.

I've been a loyal customer for 5 years, but never again. They don't even deserve 1. Awful communication skills, rude personal. They claim that they can make lenses for branded frames, but at the end of the day their lenses don't fit frames. Poor quality, poor service. Will never return to their store.

Awful experience. I got contact lenses for the first time and my original prescription was altered at my contact lenses class. When I received my contacts, the prescription did not work at all. When I went back to the store to tell them, I was told I could not get a refund or get the right prescription ordered without paying again since I had opened the box. Obviously I needed to open the box and see if the updated prescription actually worked and it DID NOT, my eyes could not focus at all. It seems entirely unreasonable to have to pay again for a mistake I did not make.

The eye exam services were fine, but they weren’t able to provide me the voucher for the contact lenses that they promised. I ended up losing around $500 because they wouldn’t get couldn’t to me about the voucher from acuvue even after I called their office multiple times. Would just recommend going to another office with more competent admin staff

I was looking for glasses and was referred to New Era from a family friend. Had the opportunity to visit the office and I must say the employees have definitely exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable of products. Took time to explain each glass frame, and any small question that I had. I sincerely want to thank Cecilia, Tina, Camila, and Selene. If I could give these ladies a raise out of my own pocket I definitely will. Good referrals from me to my fellow co-workers to stop by the various offices.
