Dr. Bircher is awesome! She is thorough in every way. My concerns and questions are always received with care and I have total confidence in her care! She has cared for my eyes for several years and will continue to do so!

Everyone at The Eye Center are top notch Professionals from Dr. Davis helping me through the process with clear explanations about all the exams and why I needed them to techs who preformed other duties and test. Dr. Davis was very helpful and knowledgeable about how the DMV would want her to sign paper work and ran a thorough checkup of my eyes to make sure there were no hidden problems. Everyone were very helpful and pleasant. I left with confidence knowing I got the best possible treatment for my eyes. Thank you everyone at The Eye Center for helping me learn more about how to take care of my eyes. Especially Dr. Davis. Respectfully, John Harrington

I was long term patient of Total Vision. Unfortunately Dr. Strand is not available now and I was rescheduled with Dr. Romano. I had the worst experience in my life. Dr. Romano was very unprofessional and rude with me. She tried to discuss Dr. Strand personal life with me and when I refused that, my appointment was suddenly canceled. Dr. Romano twice was yelled to me : "Go! Bye!" While I was bringing my concern with receptionist, Dr. Romano continued yelled at me and her assistant told loudly:" Doc, I am your witness!" Witness of what? They unreasonably teamed up together against me as a patient! ...Well, sadly, I am leaving the office where I was a patient for around 16 years. P.S. Dr. Strand and his receptionist were great.

With a particularly complex prescription I’m always concerned if the finished product received is spot on. Safe to say I was more than pleased when I received these new glasses. The change is a significant improvement and the recommended frames/size was excellent. I’ve never been disappointed in the final results since I’ve chosen Dr. Dowd.

I’m not impressed with this location. The staff seems put upon when waiting on their clients. My new glasses do not transition properly. I’m hoping now that they have been activated they will. Plus I was charged more than I usually pat despite having vision insurance. Located near Towson Md.

Dr. Carrol is always pleasant. Easy to schedule appointments & pick up contact lens supplies.

Best eye appointment EVER - very kind & great work!

The Doctor himself is very rude and disrespectful. This is my third visit to the office but it will be my last. Dr. Peter talks to his patients in a condescending and disrespectful tone. My brother has special needs and gets fidgety when being examined by doctors. Dr. Peter had an attitude the entire time when working with my brother and just was dismissive to my brother when he wouldn’t sit still. For myself, I told the doctor that the glasses are making my vision worse. In a rude tone, he said and I quote, “that’s obviously why you’re here because you can’t see.” Dr. Peter, obviously I can not see. I am not stupid and I am well aware of that. I am not the doctor though. It is your job to address concerns about my vision because that is what you are getting paid to do. Additionally, my father was there for an appointment as well. He talked to my father as if he was a six year old. Getting upset that my father was squinting and closing his eyes because of the eye drops telling him “I told you stop closing your eyes. You’re not listening. I need you to open your eyes.” Overall, Dr.Smith is rude and lacks decent customer service skills and compassion which is needed as a doctor. I would rate this place a -1000 stars if I could. Do NOT come here!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here at East Ridge Eye Center! From the front desk to the staff and Dr’s, everyone is pleasant, caring, and efficient in my care. I have full confidence in their practice and have never had an issue. I highly recommend them and wish them continued success!

Dr Johnson is an excellent eye doctor. He does not rush you and is extremely thorough and efficient. I was impressed how quickly I was called back, how quickly Dr Johnson came in and how quickly I was on my way! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Dr Johnson!

Absolutely the best at what they do. They are so helpful from start to finish. I went there to buy glasses and they took care of me right away and went above and beyond what any other optical place would have. The prices were great and when it was time to pick up my glasses they were on point with their adjustments. They knew what I was gonna say about how they felt and looked before I even said it and made the adjustments.
