Note: This is rating is not based on any medical care received, just the scheduling and office experience. My children's pediatrician recommended an ophthalmologist at this practice (who has since retired) and we've been going for the required small handful of visits for a number of years. When I called for an appointment, it took me 2 months to get in. We've always had to wait a bit of time to get into our appointments. Today however, we arrived on time and there were 3 other patients waiting in the waiting area. Once we waited 30 minutes, overheard another person who entered the room that the wait was going to be at least an hour (plus another patient check in as well, so that's 6 of us waiting), I asked how long it would be and they told me at least 30 minutes to get into a room, and then more time to see the doctor, because she likes to take her time with patients. (Which is fine if you create your scheduled time appropriately.) The office staff was apologetic, but honestly not forthcoming with that information when I walked through the door. I would have anticipated that if they were that far behind, they should start calling their patients before they leave their house, so they can make a choice on how to use their time. After that conversation, I decided to leave and will be finding another eye care practice to go to. I've also informed my pediatrician's office who referred me about the inexcusable wait time and lack of communication.

LOVE Dr Orleans and this office. They are always personable and so friendly! Delighted to have them as our eye care specialists.

Dr Malcolm Ing absolutely the best doctor there is !!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM !!!Smart concerned, LISTEN TO ALL OF YOUR CONCERNS AND ADDRESSES THEM gives you PLENTY of TIME ALWAYS CHECKS EVERYTHING OUT YOU COULDN'T FIND a BETTER DOCTOR!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS STAFF TO EVERYONE MY BROTHER AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS OR LONGER... WHEN I HAVE A REAL SERIOUS WHERE YOU'RE CONCERNED HIS STAFF GETS ME IN IMMEDIATELY!!!! FEAR OF LOSING YOUR VISION OR DETACHED RETINA WILL MAKE YOU MORE UPSET THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE FOR ME!!!

Clean and streamlined experience. They have the newest tech so you don't need to apply those yellow drops during an eye exam. Professional and friendly staff!

Dr. Hwang is very personable and takes time with patients. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough with his exams.

Was seen promptly. Checked my eyes before I saw the doctor. Doctor looked at my eyes and checked for any damage from diabetes. Let me know all was good. He also messaged my primary doctor. My eye doctor was very thorough and efficient. So nice to talk to, also. My doctor is Dr Tsai he is also my husband's doctor.

Always have to wait 90-120 minutes. I call ahead and they say they are running on time but when I arrive they are at least an hour behind schedule. I bring my mom from assisted living and not easy for her to wait that long.

These ladies are so kind and sweet. I was very weary about going back after a previously off putting experience. Their new manager and sales reps are so nice and professional! I will be sending people there was for sure!!

The minute I walked into Odom’s Eye Care I was greeted very pleasantly with a smile 😊. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. I was greeted again by the nurse as she took me to the designated area.She was very professional as well as friendly. As Dr Evans entered she made me feel as we were long time friends with a beautiful smile 😊 along with being very professional, extremely knowledgeable about her work with explaining everything Thoroughly and clearly… MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!!!

Dr. Ocran, and her team were on time. Efficient, professional, and thorough. My experience could not have been better. 😀 …
