Dr. Leinfelder is great but I give this place 3 stars. Nicole AT THE FRONT DESK was very unprofessional. While trying to schedule my appointment she was talking to someone else in the back ground. She then puts me on hold without telling me. So now I’m sitting in silence not knowing if I should call back or not. Not knowing if the phone has disconnected ! She was extremely RUDE and was very ARGUMENTATIVE ! Not a good look for the company !

Well my experience was not wonderful. The lady that I made the appt With lead me to believe that I had an appt. For an eye examination, No it was to see Dr Glassman for my overlapping eye lids. Dr has a marvelous reputation for his surgery. Personality 0 stars, cold as ice cubes. I paid to have someone Take me and pick me up, expecting my eyes to be dilated. So a good Day

my appointment was at 12:15 pm but I had an accident in the freeway, i called at 12:50 pm to re-schedule but they will charge my $50 for no show up. Terrible customer service. avoid !

I’ve been a patient here for a few years and have found that each time I go, my experience is worse than the last time. I find that clinicians do not truly care about patients and there are never appointments available. If you have any unique eye conditions/require unique lenses, I would not recommend coming here. I will say, the optician who helped me order glasses was great, but the ophthalmology staff were not. The front desk staff are also pretty rude.

My family has been with Dr Benkle and staff for 20+ years since their Lincoln center location. We have always been taken great care of.

Excellent in all aspects, from check-in through check-out. Courteous staff and assistants. Dr. Charles is accommodating and has a calming attitude with answers to my questions. I appreciate his kindness and caring. It hasn't been easy finding doctors since our move 2 years ago from NY, I just wish I could make your office our PCP. But am so greatful to have found yours for such a necessary and delicate part of my future, sight!. Thank you all. Rose Teller Lady Lake, Fl

Horrible service

Please don't try to schedule an appointment with them. The first time I called I heard a rep scheduling another appointment and was hung up on. Then I proceeded to call back again and once I got ahold of someone they stated to call back after 2pm due to them being busy like WTH! It seems like people aren't able to handle multiple things at once plus I called at 10am & you want me to wait ALL DAY just to schedule. That would already explain what kind of office this is already and I'm glad I didn't schedule!

Super nice doctor who takes his time with each patient. Received excellent advice for a new diabetic on how to keep my eyes in tip top shape. Office staff very sweet, efficient & caring. Extremely clean & bright office that offers plenty of on site parking & is easy to locate. Highly recommend this team !! :)

I'll start by saying a big Thank You to the wonderful staff. Went above and beyond for me today. Spent an hour + working on a wire frame pair of glasses I popped lens out of. It was not an easy fix, nor had I purchased the glasses there. Now they are good as new. I can't say enough, great people, very professional. I would highly recommend them. They will be getting my future business for sure. One thing to know: If you are coming from Concord, you must make a U-turn at the light to get in the parking lot. No access from the side street.
