Called with eye infection. Couldn’t even get past girl at front. No manager or dr. She refused . Life threatening infection. Don’t go there

Doctors are over worked and don’t have time to take with patients. They passed me off from one to the other when procedures were not successful. Over a year now working to fix a torn retina. They accuse me of not being compliant , yet they miss appointments and currently need a scrip that the pharmacy can’t fill. Over a week now the doctor won’t r respond to them. Go anywhere else but here. Go to Tijuana even your be better off. For real

Well, ladies and gentlemen, friends and neighbors, i had cataract surgery on both eyes! I have worn glasses for almost 60 years. Do you know how it feels to go to Dollar Tree and pick out all the regular old sunglasses i want? I. CAN. SEE. It really hit hone when i was at Walmart. I looked up at tge sign that says whats on that aisle, and i can read it!I can drive down the highway or through Sioux Falls, and can read the signs! (I still cant type). If you are contemplating getting it done, dont hesitate! I put it off for TWO years! Call Dr. Ollerton or one of the fantastic doctors, and get your sight together! Maybe I'll SEE you there! 😍😍😍

Kudos to the staff at Burke My Eye Dr. Starting with Lee(pre-exam), Dr. Sarb (very thorough exam, answers all questions completely), Kevin ( filling order, adjusting glasses) and Mr. Shafiq (office manager -everything runs smoothly), I had a very complete, professional and pleasant exam. I highly recommend this office. You will receive excellent care.

I love how friendly the staff is when you go in. Doctor Blank has been my eye doctor for years. He takes his time to make sure he gets the correct prescription. A lot of great options for glasses! But when I do call for other questions or concerns they are rude and full of attitude.

Rude employees. Hung up on me because she was caught in a lie. When I called back she told the employee who answered to just hang up. When I asked for the doctor I was told the Dr was out all week. Lies!! When I asked for names the employee on the phone said she didn’t not know the lady’s name that hung up on me. They have no online portal, they aren’t capable of emailing you, oh but if you find a fax machine then they can help you.

My follow-up appointment after my first cataract surgery was a pleasant and well-handled experience. I continue to be very pleased and satisfied with my appointments and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing eye care.
