I really enjoyed the personal treatment I received here. They may not have the most flashy looking office but the treatment I received made a much bigger impression! They were able to create lenses for me the same day if I wanted, instead of waiting 2 weeks to have a lab do it! That is a BIG DEAL!!! They are great with kids and a have a good selection of kiddo's frames. The Dr was very thorough and explained everything to me and answered any questions I have. I work at a competitor's office but chose to go here for privacy reasons and I am sure glad that I did!!! Great husband/wife team who really care and want the best for their patients. Thank you!!!

My eyes were really bothering due to light sensitivity. Dr. Kaplan was very kind and understanding so did no procedures. I greatly appreciated that.

The Doctor is very good, kind and helpful, always pleasing his clients, I recommend him.

Horrible. He inserted a cracked lens in my mother's eye. He then proceeded to remove the lens from her eye and insert a new one. Meanwhile her anesthetic had run out. He is a lousy doctor. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. Cost us $1200 for that sorry eye surgery. Her eye condition is worse than before she had the implant. Mr rodriguez, you deserve to get sued u crusty old cheapskate.

I’ve ordered glasses and sunglasses from Southwest and I’m currently shopping for a new pair of frames. To be honest, shopping for the right frames can be overwhelming when it comes finding the right pair, but Josh makes this process smooth. He’s extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I have. He’s so welcoming and takes the extra time to make sure you are happy with your purchase! In a world where purchases are moving to online platforms, I will continue to order my frames in an office as long as I have the fantastic assistance of Opticians like Josh!

From the text reminders of the appointment, to figuring out the amount of insurance help, to two techs expertly running their tests, to Dr. Nim's interpretations, additional testing, and recommendations, to the fitting of new glasses, I could not have felt more expertly and personally well-cared for. Avoid this practice at all costs. There are tons of choices in Jersey City and Manhattan where you don't have to put up with nonsense. Dr Chen did a sloppy measurement of my eyesight, under prescribed my glasses twice, and then refused to believe me or see me for a follow up when I said I couldn't see well, unless I paid extra. With the glasses she made for me I couldn't see road signs while driving... Her office then gaslit me into believing that there was nothing wrong with my prescription. I went to another optometrist who diligently measured my eyesight and found that Dr Chen's prescription was pretty far off. Dr Chen continued to refuse to see me even after being shown the conflicting diagnosis. They continued to demand that I pay for another consultation even though it seemed like they made a mistake. I'm now happily wearing glasses made by the other optometrist and can actually see road signs while driving. To their credit, Dr Chen did refund me for the glasses they made but I was still out a whole lot of time and a hundred or so dollars for the extra consultation. They also blacklisted me from their practice without ever checking if they made a mistake. A doctor who cares would've at least re-measured my eyes carefully just in case they made a mistake. Instead, Dr Chen flatly ignored my issues and the conflicting diagnosis, probably because seeing me again would cost them money. I did not feel like Dr Chen cared about my well being at all.

All the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The whole process was efficient and they talk you through every step of the way. It's easy to see they truly care about their patients' well-being. 10/10 would recommend.

Walmart Vision Center is a wonderful place which has great customer service. The staff is polite and professional. The selection of frames is excellent. In fact the selection is so great that I had to buy both prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses. Customer satisfaction is their priority. When my glasses came in, they sent them back, because they were not perfect.

Dr Fishburn and his associates solved my eye pressure problems. Additionally, my wife had surgery and now doesn't wear glasses. WOW...she looks great at her age...really. Ken
