The physician is absolutely A highly skilled professional. However, when asked a simple question she dismissed it as irrelevant. It's understandable that doctors are busy making evaluations which take concentration but they should definitely take the time to answer a patient's questions. Especially when the question is related to the examination.

Dr. Sarafzadeh is a very kind doctor, easy to talk to. I appreciate the prompt answers I get from this clinic. I would definitely recommend it!

Dr. Sarafzadeh is not only professional but extremely kind. She cares about your concerns and addressed all my vision issues. If you are looking for a top notch surgeon that takes her time and is meticulous with her work, she is the doctor you want. Not to mention, there was zero wait time and the office is brand new with the newest equipment. Overall I was thoroughly impressed!! Thanks Dr. Sarafzadeh!!

After one hour waste of time I found out that the doctor Karine Gabrielians would not do my eye exam because she is busy in another eye care center with her patients! Total unprofessional office and appointment booking by call center which books the appointment for her assistant doctor instead. Unfortunately quality of her service is questionable as long as she travels between offices based on need and there is no consistency of her presence in one location.

Do not go to this doctor. It was the worst experience ever. I took my daughter to this doctor for an eye problem. First off he always seemed in a hurry. He would examine her eyes very quickly and just tell me to make an appointment in two weeks at the front desk. Never explained what was causing my daughters eye problem. When I asked him what was causing the problem he said it was an immune issue and that was it. Never sat down and went through possible treatments. Just prescribed steroids. At first the steroids helped with the pain however after being on this medicine for a month she started to lose her vision on one eye. I took her immediately to him. He examined her eye and just said her eye was good. When I asked him why can’t she see from one eye then if her eye is “good” his response was “I don’t know”. That was the last time I step foot there. I went to another specialist where they told me that the steroid dosage was too high and was what caused the vision loss. My daughter is doing much better, no thanks to this doctor.

The owner- optician was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. He sold me a new frame and fitted my existing old lenses to the frame in less than 10 minutes. He even gave me a discount without me asking for it.

Great service! Fast turnaround. Very affordable. I can't believe how good this place is. I bought some frames from Oliver Peoples and had them put the lenses in. So much more affordable that way. So glad I found them.

Amazing experience. She was thorough, great with my 10 month old daughter and took the time to explain everything in detail. Dr. Lin is great! I wish all doctors spent the time with their patients the way she does.
