I took my Shih Tzu to Dr. Silverman. I didn’t think there was any problems. It turned out he had a tumor! We got a great treatment. The cost was very reasonable for the work done. The staff was efficient. And the facility clean. I would highly recommend it here.

First timer neurotic at an dog eye doctor. We got a next day appointment and Dr. was able to take care of my dogs age related mineral deposits on the eye the same day. We are home and I can already see he is more comfortable. Thank you. Very happy with the treatment and price was more than fair.

I had such a good experience here. My husband bought a pair here before, and he likes the glasses, so I decided to try them myself. They offer an excellent selection of drinks for women and men. All the frames I tried were lightweight and very comfortable. Anh P. helped us, and the service was excellent and quick. I gave her my prescription, and my glasses were ready in 30 minutes. I paid $100 and got a free case and a $10 gift card. This is a reasonable price. FYI, you can also send them your prescription via fax or E-mail. By checking in on Yelp, you will receive a free drink.

I’ve been a going to JINS for prescription glasses for years. Today I went to fix a frame I just got in the store and the staff Maria went through the trouble to help and she’s so patient adjusting the nose pads on the frame. I left with a good pair of glasses. She saved my day!

A friend told me about J!NS and I had been putting off getting new glasses. This location doesn’t have an on-site optermatrist but on the second floor there’s a LensCrafters! I scheduled an appointment and there might be walk-in availability but if you want a specific time I recommend scheduling one. That is unless you already have/know your prescription then head on over here. The staff Kensy and Elena were very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. There’s such a variety of frames that I’ll for sure be getting more especially since it takes 30 minutes tops which Kensy helped with dispensing mine. They’re also able to check if they have your prescription on hand and if they don’t then I assume you’d be able to pick a frame then they’ll order it and you can either pick up from there or get it shipped to you. Either way will be coming back (:

They did a very thorough job when it came to figuring out which were the right lenses to use for me. My glasses also came in extremely quickly(only one week). Kapil and Ryan both did an extremely good job in conducting my eye exam

I've been going here for about a year and have had nothing but good experiences. Ryan is friendly, well articulated, and explains things the best it can be explained. Walked me through everything my insurance covered, what would be paid out of pocket, and was always willing to hear out my concerns we talking about anything my optometrist might have to know about the visit. I've just gotten new glasses from here with a quick turnaround time. I went it Friday and was called Monday about my glasses being ready. I was walked through different payment options and it was the best experience being explained what different plans there were and what my options could be. Great service, and an amazing staff! :)

Dr White is a very friendly and thorough doctor. Parking is a little cramped, but very doable. The waiting room is pleasant and there's plenty to read while you are waiting although I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes! During your exam he'll explain everything he's doing and does a great job in examining your eyes. Has a wide variety of frames to chose from too. Overall a very nice experience.

I received excellent customer service from Armine and Virginia. The staff is super knowledgeable and well-qualified. They listened to my needs and tailored the perfect lens solution for me. This is easily one of the most well-run, friendly and efficient Lenscrafters locations in the state of California. They made me feel very well-taken-care-of. Thanks guys.
