Dr. Kagan has changed my life both mentally and physically! I was very pleased with my experience and absolutely love all the staff at Kagan institute. I can be a hard critic of myself and have low self esteem, as many of us do. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling myself. Dr. Kagan took his time to explain the effects of the procedures I was doing and made me super comfortable. Extremely kind and compassionate. A world away from previous experiences elsewhere. The way he made me feel….. completely comfortable being completely vulnerable. I appreciate the staffs follow-up and willingness to overextend themselves. A big thank you to all of them. I am truly grateful!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving Xeomin injection treatment from Dr. Arkady Kagan, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My first appointment was a success. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and nice. Nearly everyone said hello. Staff and the Dr. were very professional, courteous, confidence building, and provided a great deal of information about my case. I'm delighted and satisfied. I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I needed to get fitted for a new brand of contacts since my prescription was discontinued in my old brand. I’ve been in the office twice, for some reason got two different optometrists. Second time, the tool they use to find your prescription was filthy, so greasy I could hardly see out of it. They gave me three trial pairs I cannot see out of. I haven’t been able to see for over three months. I’ve called their office to never receive a call back. I tried to get a refund for the manager to tell me “we never do refunds” and to “come back to the office” despite what I told her, including that they can’t seem to fit me right or call me back. She tried to say “you paid $80” like it was nothing and I told her I’m unemployed and $80 is a lot! Wow. I agreed to come back in the office only to be hung up on upon her transferring my call. I’m done with this place, I’ll never go back. They don’t care about their customers, clearly.

Dr Huynh is the best. His bedside manner is second to none and he is gifted surgery. He is the only person I would let operate on my eyes.

Super friendly, kind and professional, I’m so happy I found them

I had my consult today with Dr. Bala. Her staff was very professional, my options were explained in great detail. Looking forward to my cataract surgery.

It's a mystical journey walking through this store. Many different positive energies flow thru here. Must be the vast rock and crystal collection inside.

The staff is always so accommodating. In fact, my most recent sales aid, was so lovely! Sadly, I didn't get his name though. It was on Monday, 7/31, between 4-5pm. He made me the protection oil I wanted. Beyond sweet! I love this store... it holds so many precious memories for me.

I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. But tonight was different; I sought spiritual guidance from Carmen and good lord did she deliver. I bought 30 minutes of her time but out of the kindness of her heart she gave me 40 minutes. She actually didn't even mention it to me - I saw her phone timer. It was at 39 minutes before I asked my final question and she still answered me. That's just the tip of the iceberg though. She not only told me a lot of validating things, she was able to get a channel with my unborn son. I asked my fetus a question and she pulled his answers. I spoke to my baby and got to hear from him. What he had to say brought us BOTH to tears. Hands down the coolest and most divine experience I've ever had. I wish I had $100 to tip her on top of her fee.
