Great doctor! Patient, caring, and very knowledgeable on eye care and vision. My family has been going to him for years--- he is the best.

He's so kind and a great doctor, only eye doctor I've ever been to in my life and I've no intention of changing that. Never a long wait, and you never feel rushed as a patient. Overall great vibes and no scary doctors office feelings whatsoever.

Dr. Tung did cataract surgery on both my eyes. Both procedures went flawlessly. The surgery center was immaculate, and every member of the staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive. Dr. Tung is warm and caring, explains everything clearly and answers all questions with exemplary patience. I never imagined that a surgical procedure could be so painless and so pleasant. And my vision is great!!!

Traveling to Great Neck to see Dr. Tung and his staff was worth the trip. As always, the visit was conducted with efficiency and completeness without sacrificing a personal interest by each technician in answering my concerns and questions about each testing procedure. The summary exam conducted by Dr. Tung provided a clear review of all test results as well as his professional “tweaking” of my eyeglass prescription to allow for improvement in an observed modest decline in my near vision (and all explained fully in terms easy to understand). I continue to be appreciative of the care I receive professionally from this office.

Dr. Tin and Dr. Li were both very knowledgeable and caring addressing each of my concerns. The staff and office were both very prompt and friendly and I had a good experience at either office at Great Neck and Bellmore.

Stopped in to have my lenses replaced due to scratches. Not under warranty so willing to pay. First they thought I purchased elsewhere, then they said I bought so many glasses from them it's hard to find my info. Repeatedly told them I purchased in their store and only bought 2 frames/glasses from them. Got quoted $300 more just for the lenses than the total cost of lens and frames 2.5 years ago. Front desk staff couldn't give me a good reason. She said maybe the the price went up or I purchased a package deal with the frames. Seriously, seems like a rip. Bye the way, their phone always goes to voicemail. Can never speak to anyone.

Dr. Leong was awesome! She was very thorough with my exam and took her time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend her!

They gave me a contact lens prescription with a 3 month expiration date. Ridiculous. You can renew your contact prescription online for less than $20 and it lasts a year. Update: Their reply below is inaccurate. This was not a courtesy extension. This was an original prescription. And New York State law does not require prescriptions to be renewed every year. The Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers law requires prescriptions to least *at least* one year to protect consumers from this kind of behavior.

Awesome experience, I came in super anxious because I haven't had an eye exam in over 13 years. But Dr. Lingad and her associates were so awesome and helpful through out the entire process. From walking in the door everyone was warm and welcoming! Surprisingly wonderful, relaxing experience. Cant wait to get my glasses!

Bridges Eyecare is top notch, from the staff to the Doctor. You actually feel like they care about you and your wellbeing. The Doctor takes time to explain the examination process and answer any and all questions you have. The staff is also very helpful, kind and accommodating. As long as the Bridges Eyecare team (Doctor and staff) remains in tact, I will not go anywhere else for my eye care needs!
