The place is clean, staff are nice, good selection for your glasses frames. I would have given 5 stars if not for the repeated bright light test, it’s blinding to begin with and they had to re do it several times. Then their system went down during the examination which cause the delay. The Dr is great, did my prescription well. But the out of pocket cost is on the high end. I have Eyemed insurance and last glasses i got from them I still paid 300ish for the glasses. This is my second year to get my glasses from Lens crafters and this will be the last - due to cost.

Amazing staff and so accommodating. Dr. Lee was amazing & both ladies working on 10/26/2023 at the end of the work day were very nice and helpful! Amazing experience.

They are an extremely thorough doctors. Have two locations. They have saved both my parents visions. One with Glaucoma and other with Cataract surgery. They are busy but very good. Too bad i live far from them now but before used to get there and feel confident with accurate exam and accurate diagnosis. Very caring, knowledgable, patient doctors and professionals.

The reception here lacks basic manners, short haired one. Got out for a phone call, came back in and saw my mom who was taken in for checkup. I asked to go in and she said I dont know where she is, I then asked can you find out, she was like cant you see I am talking to two other people. Ridiculous!!

Outstanding doctors who really care about your eyes. They are top notch in their field. The staff is friendly, nice, caring, and professional, which seems to be a hard quality to find in staff members these days. The new location is bigger, excellently designed, and built, while still giving that warm friendly feel of the old location. They have both comfy seating and ADA height seating for all types of customers. I have been going to them for over 15 years, because being a diabetic, eyecare is pivotal in ensuring good vision. With The Optometrists of The Northshore's vast knowledge and continued education, they are the only eye doctors I would trust for my diabetic eyecare.

Can't say enough about Dr. Henderson, Dr. Brody, and their practice - welcoming and helpful staff, gorgeous state of the art facilities, and experienced optometrists. My wife and I genuinely enjoyed our visit (who says that about doc visits!?!?) This is it. Look no further. Highly recommended.

Dr. Henderson has been my optometrist for the past 25 years -- for good reasons. Besides state-of-art instruments, he also adjusts for your "subjective" preferences (the way your brain interprets incoming visual signals). Once he spend more than an hour simply listening to me and then replaced my ($300+) lenses at additional cost! You can not get this level of competence & care from "big box" optometrist. There is never a pressure to sell me anything. Also, a special shout out to the Optician, Ms. Liz Ele. A truly smart and competent optician.

I struggled to find a doctor I was happy with until I came here. The entire staff was very good, but more importantly,they made me feel they were focused on my issues, not just running a eye repair assembly line. I really am happy these folks are on my team, and I feel like the team is happy to see me when I am there.i trust these people.

Days before my sons bar mitzvah I woke up with a stye in my eye! Rosin Eyecare-Northbrook got me in right away and I walked out of there with an effective treatment plan that worked just in time. Can’t thank them enough for their willingness to squeeze me in, their professional care, compassion, and effective support.

This one star goes for the receptionist Jessica who was very rude when she was checking me in and checking me out. She has no customer engagement and customer service skill. It was my first and the last visit. But the office and doctors were so nice and experience. I was thinking not to leave review but after how she threatens me at check out !!!!! No eye contact no direct contact to me!!!!!!I am so disappointed👎🏻👎🏻

I've been going to Retina Services for over 14 years. Dr. Parnell and the staff along with Dr. Shah are amazing. They see a lot of clients, but always take care of my eyes no matter how busy they get. The techs are great, front desk staff is polite and amazing.
