I've been going to Retina Services for over 14 years. Dr. Parnell and the staff along with Dr. Shah are amazing. They see a lot of clients, but always take care of my eyes no matter how busy they get. The techs are great, front desk staff is polite and amazing.

Doctor was overly aggressive in his approach. Was not forewarned of next day pain. Contacting doctor was ridiculously difficult. Follow up appointment was 45 minutes late, and appointment itself would take 3 hours, mostly waiting, according to the front desk. Terrible practice.

Keylin is phenomenal… I will come back again because of her. The way she talks to customers and make you feel with warm welcome ….is just…. Perfectly splendid…I got Nikon replacement 2 pairs of glasses under warranty, she took care of me very well …she killed me with her kindness and professionalism.

I wanted to to share my excellent experience at Walmart Optical LZ. Cathy was the technician that helped me. I had a difficult issues that she helped me to get it worked out. She was friendly and helpful, but most importantly knowledgeable and very professional.

Lake Zurich location was super clean and super safe in terms of Covid-19. Melanie T. was very helpful. She picked a perfect frame for my glasses, got authorization and negotiated price with my insurance company on the phone. I have received my glasses in few days. Everything is fine. Thank you Melanie for the great service!

My son broke his glasses on a Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon we already have a new pair ordered. Meredith worked so hard to get us the right frames working within the means of our insurance. She even worked to get my son a repair on his current glasses so he is ready to start high school without having to wear tape on his broken glasses!! We so appreciate the teamwork the office did to accommodate us in this emergency situation!!

Dr. Balda and his staff were awesome. Felt very safe & comfortable with their covid precautions. Dr. Balda was personable as well as very informative on everything he looked at with my eyes and images. Would highly recommend.

Always have a great experience there! Dr. David is very kind and personable. Staff is awesome…knowledgeable, personable and patient. Shout out to Michelle and Matt as they were great under stressful circumstances.

Hated my experience there. I received a pair of glasses that didn’t even matched my prescription. The store manager doesn’t really know how to manage her own store. She’s never there and fails at helping and answering customers concerns. I believe it’s an upper management issue. Americas Best should do a better job seeing who they hire as management.
