Im so happy I found Waterman Eye Care! The doctor was wonderful! Takes his time with you, makes you feel welcome, he sat down with me and made sure to get proper measurements for eye glass fitting. The lady at the front desk was fabulous, I almost felt like I’ve known her for years.

Very happy with everything from the glasses to the service. They also stand by their product. Had a problem over 5 months after purchase. The owner took care of me personally, and it was obvious that she not only wanted to help me but also wanted me to be happy. With customer service a rare thing these days I highly recommend Ferocious Eyes.

I found Ferocious Eyes to provide excellent service, prices are very competative and prescriptions are filed on the premisses which cuts down wait time drastically. My glasses were ready in 3 business days! Optician, Kim, was very knowledgable, pleasant and customer centered. I recommend this optical center highly! In addition it to great service, it is a local company doing business here in RI!

I have been a patient of Dr. Miller for many years and highly recommend this practice. He is an kind, compassionate optometrist with excellent skills. I called his office minutes before closing on a Friday night and he stayed open until I was able to arrive. Immediately after examining me he contacted an extremely good eye surgeon from Johnson. It’s hard to find this kind of experience, professionalism and kindness in one office and thats what you get when you enter Dr. Millers practice. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Schultz as well and she is amazing. Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Run away. This office is antiquated (they use typewriters), inconvenient (they are closed on Thursdays), and truly could care less about their patients' needs. If this is your Dr's office and for some horrible reason you wake up with pink eye (highly contagious bacterial eye infection), DO NOT expect to be seen same day- god forbid it's a Thursday! They will actively turn you away from their waiting room. There are too many other excellent options out there in trusted medical care.

Dr. Stephanie Schultz is one of those rare individuals who truly loves and lives her job. Her thirst to always learn and stay on top of the news of the industry makes her a patient's best advocate.

I took my 7 year old son here for his first appointment, he was nervous, but they were great, from reception all the way through the whole appointment to Ms. Janet at the optical shop, who was very patient with my son and helped pick the best glasses for his needs. He's new to wearing glasses and they made him and myself so comfortable with the shot whole process. Glasses were there the next day. Will definitely be staying at this office location for further needs.
