I like the polarized sunglasses here good price, on sale for only $69. The eyelid shampoo helps my dry eye conditions. Doctor is very nice.

Dr.Chalker and her staff were helpful and honest! There are huge selections on frames! There are updates with styles! I find no fault or issues! The prices are affordable!

Great service. Kaitlin was extremely patient and worked with me to get my new glasses just the way I wanted them. She understood what my insurance carrier would co-pay, and what features I needed, and together, we crafted custom eye wear. I loved it!

Do not seem to worry about what time your appointment is or if you have other things scheduled in your day. Waited 45 minutes before asking how much longer we would have to wait. I just figured the staff had gone to lunch even though they scheduled my mother at 11:45. We had to leave not even half way through her appointment to make it to her other dr appointment at 1 pm. Very dissatisfied with this clinic. 100% don't recommend unless you have a half a day with nothing better to do.

Very kind, professional, and helpful. They put an arm back on my glasses for free, even though I didn’t buy from them. They did strip the screw, however, so the arm is a little loose. But overall, very good experience.

My wife and I went there recently and it was a bad experience. Went it came time to see Dr. Agnew, she did a poor job of determining the prescription I needed. She rushed through the optics process and before I knew it, she was at the door ready for me to leave. I probably spent no more than 5-10 minutes with her. My previous prescription was old and I needed a slightly strong prescription but because of the rush with the optics, I didn't agree with her new prescription which was basically the same one as before. When it came to getting a quote for new lenses to replace the older worn out scratched ones, the costs were sky high. When it came to paying for just the exam, the bill was high even with insurance. When my wife came out of her eye exam with Dr. Agnew, she said literally the same thing about Dr. Agnew rushing through the exam and my wife I had to tell her to go back to previous optics so she can determine which optics provided more clarity as this forms the basis for the new prescription. When I questioned Dr. Agnew about getting the same old prescription, she became somewhat argumentative. I told my wife that we would get future eye exams and lenses/frames elsewhere.
