I have had a great experience with Dr. Bilal Khan. I was in need of a retinal specialist a few years back when I first met Dr. Khan. I found him to be very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and compassionate. Back at that time, he was heaven sent to me! I always say that "He Is One Of The Best In The City." I continue to see him today. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was very disappointed about the 2 hours I had to wait (after my scheduled appointment time) before I was seen by a doctor, but the saving grace was Dr. Asima Bajwa. Dr. Bajwa apologized for the long wait, which I greatly appreciated, and proceeded to give me a thorough eye exam and answered my numerous questions with patience, expertise, and humor. Dr. Bajwa was wonderful and I wish her continued success in the future! Suggestion for HUH Ophthalmology: Please notify patients (when they arrive) if they are going to have to wait 2-3 hours or longer to see a doctor so the patient can decide to stay and wait or reschedule for another day. Thank You.

I called to schedule an appointment and the front desk receptionist and her manager were both rude and annoyed when I questioned why I would not be able to schedule an appointment through my insurance, which has them listed as a provider that accepts my insurance. The last woman I spoke with (who’s name I did not catch) cut me off while speaking and attempted to hang up on me while directing me to call my insurance company.

November 30, 2023 I found Dr. Theodore Gancayco and staff professional and knowledgeable of opthamalogy procedures and practices. I had not seen him for years at Washington Eye Specialist for years as I was seeking for an early appointment, before the new year. They were able to accommodate me. It was really good to see everyone again. I believe I would consider becoming a regular patient of Gancayco again.*****

The services that I receive from Washington Eye Specialists is excellent. Dr Gancayco is dedicated, compassionate, and thoughtful. He ensures that I am properly informed about my eye care. He makes me feel I’m in good hands. The staff is great. They are accommodating and helpful. I have no qualms recommending WES to my relatives and friends.

Dr Howard Jacobson is one of the best health care providers I have ever seen. Kind, patient and clear explanations. I had an ongoing issue while I was traveling and he connected me directly with a local doctor. And even gave me a follow-up call! Wish all doctors could perform at (or near) this level.

Dr. Jacobson is extremely detailed and he takes his time with all his examinations. You leave the office knowing that your eyes are healthy. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobson.

This longtime patient considers Dr. Jacobson a superb clinician—thorough, straightforward, and very kind. I trust him implicitly and also appreciate the team that assists him. Do not hesitate.

Dr Schor is the best. Smart, kind, empathetic, explains things very well. Never have to wait too long in the waiting room. He has treated my glaucoma very well and saved my eyesight.

Ophthalmologists and staff are very knowledgeable and thorough. Lost a star because I was scheduled for another doctor I have never seen and was not made aware of it before hand. Just be sure you give the scheduling staff full details when making appointments.
