I made back to back appointments for me and 3 kids. I live 2 1/2 hours away, and they called me nine minutes before my appointment to tell me all four were canceled. When I became agitated and explained them I had driven in that far, they explained to me that was just my problem. I went in to the office and they gave me appointments for two of us an hour later, each an hour apart. They went on to explain to me that I should feel bad for their optometrist who had a last-minute emergency. I asked them why it wasn’t possible for people who lived closer to get their appointments canceled instead of canceling mine. It was the worst experience ever. On top of it, they do not take insurance. You pay them and then contact your insurance and get the money personally. They felt that I should’ve been more empathetic towards their doctor, however I found their lack of empathy towards me made it difficult.

I remember coming to LensCrafters a few decades ago, and the process was already efficient and quick. Now, not only is the equipment for the eye exam top notch - state of the art computerized equipment that really looks at your eye health in multiple ways - the ordering process has zero pressure. From Willa Wong's bedside manner and straightforward explanation of the exam results to Michael, the associate who walked me step by step through the purchase, everything was really easy and efficient.

very poor coordination regarding appointment times. a joke playing with people's time, it is not possible that having an appointment they will attend to you 3 hours later, they play with people's time, even more so knowing that the person cannot come alone after a surgery to the eyes and play with the passenger's time, a real lack of respect

Since Dr Flug left this office is ridiculous inefficient. I was on hold for over 40 minutes to get a prescription for my son to get glasses. To get prescription this is ridiculous, I do think I want to continue with service here, very disappointed. Still on the phone not sure if this call will be successful. You lost more patients from my family. Call back three times still no help, was transferred to the manager which of course I got a voice-mail. Let's see if I will get a return phone call. They so called help NYPD patients. Do not believe them.

Dr. Baird is extremely thorough! He took his time to make sure he has find all the tear in my retina. He explained the "good news bad news" very clearly and answered all my questions & confirmed all my suspicions. His staff Megan is super nice & supportive. Not only is he knowledgeable, Dr. Baird himself is very bubbly, funny, easy going. He put my husband and I at ease right away. His equipments are the latest state-of-the-art technology. The office is like for the rich-and-famous! Great experience all around! Will use Dr. Baird again for future eye care!

I read all the reviews, but decided I was going to make a appointment anyway. I am glad I did. Everyone was nice, they had a great selection of frames, and I got my glasses in less than a week.

I was told to pick up glasses today by 3pm. They close @3 on Saturdays. I arrived at 2:15 pm and the office is closed. The website states they’re open until 3 today. The sign on their door says open until 3. I guess they decided to take the day off. But appropriate communication would be appreciated.

My first time here. Staff were all very professional, personable, and kind. They certainly have their system down to a T!! Every step was easy breezy. Even picking out my frames!! Thank you Dr. Burns and staff for making it such a pleasurable experience.

Took my mom and sister here for eye exams for prescription glasses. The guy didn't even pay attention to the exams and rushed them through with so much inaccuracy. The eye glasses are pretty much useless. What a joke, what scam artist. Walmart optometrist does a better job than this guy.
