I've been going to see Dr Toral for several years. She spends time with the patients and when doing the exam states, I want this to be perfect. My prescriptions have always been right on.

I spent two hours waiting to see the doctor. I was there on time for my appointment. I did not make one person did act like they cared about a patient. I will not ever set foot in MUSC facility again I hope you all feel proud of yourself.

I had thought about LASIK for a long time and finally decided to get it done before year end. I had a friend mention TLC and even though I had virtual consultations elsewhere, even just the virtual consultation with TLC had a good vibe. I decided to go in for my in person examination next day, and all expectations set were accommodated. I ended up with the procedure within 24 hours. The staff, facility and process in general was amazing. I have severe anxiety as it is, and I felt very comfortable the entire time throughout the process due to the genuine care from the staff. I had 20/20 by my follow up next morning, and it is LIFE CHANGING! I cannot express how happy I am having going with TLC, and not that I will ever need to, I would go there again 👀 😂. Thanks to the staff and doctor!

My 79-year-old father was a patient of hers up until a week or so ago - after she basically fired him. His big offense…he called her ‘hon’! After he said this, she, understandably so, informed him that she does not appreciate that terminology because she is a doctor who worked long and hard to earn that degree. He then went on and apologized, immensely,..stating he was so sorry, but that term to a young lady just part of his generation. In addition, he continued to tell her about his granddaughter and daughter and that he truly wants nothing more than both of them to become respected, successful women. I would think a ‘doctor’ or any grown adult would be able to identify true intentions with his words. Shame on you…Doctor!!!

Dr. Kresch was able to get me in for a same day appointment and calmed my fears immediately with utmost professionalism! She did a thorough exam, is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to explain my eye issue expertly in a way I could understand. She taught me how to care for my eyes and ensured my eyes felt better before I left the appointment. I highly recommend this practice!

I had my lasik done by Dr. Del Russo about 6 months ago and the results have been great! Dr. Del Russo did an amazing job with the consultation and the procedure. And the follow ups have been great!

Victor and Kristi were so helpful in choosing my frames. They made me so comfortable and we had such great conversations while I was there!

I have been taking both of my children to get eye exams with Ketchum University Eye Care Center. My daughter since she was 4 and she is know 13. My son has used their services since he was 1 and he is now 10 years old. My son is the only one that requires prescription glasses since he was 1 year old and our experience has been fantastic. They are very patient every single time, they do a thorough exam every time and the Drs are very knowledgeable and very detailed. I would never be able to take my children to any other place. Their optical center is well stocked and their staff is very knowledgeable. My son's glasses are always made to perfection. I highly recommend this center.

Dr Kanoff is very dedicated and thorough. I believe he went above and beyond on my last exam! I am to have cataract surgery with Dr Peet next week. Dr Kanoff was concerned about making sure all was well. He and his staff are top notch!! Joan Fekula
