Honestly the best eye doctor I've had. We no longer live in Pueblo, but her expertise is worth the drive.

Welcomed by receptionist. Vision tech was excellent in his tests performed. Explained all throughout the process. The doctor listened and went through tests to explain what was happening with my eyesight. Thoroughly glad that I chose this team for my vision needs. Thank you

I am so 100% happy with my new eyes. I can drive at night again and I don't need reading glasses! From start to finish waa an excellent experience. The whole staff was very nice and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, doctors are skilled at seeing to patient comfort, and there is no pressure to buy anything at the time of your appointment. All staff and electronic correspondence uses preferred name, and the locations are visually warm and inviting inside. Thanks for all you do!

The appointment was quick. Everyone was kind, professional and efficient. The tech was very knowledgeable. I love my new glasses.

If I could give them zero stars for customer service, I would. Trying to get them to change my contact prescription proved to be impossible. They shined me on for weeks. I finally just had to settle for the ones I had before as I was running out. I can’t emphasize enough how frustrating it was to have them continue to promise something that, to this days p, they’ve never delivered.

I definitely found my new optic care team. From the moment I walked in to see the doctor, talk to his staff, selecting my glasses and receiving my new glasses, it was an Awesome experience. The office manager and the admin in the prescription area towards the back really made an excellent impression with their kindness and eagerness to assist me with my optical e needs. The office staff was very kind and patient as well. Thank you Eyemart! You exceed expectations by far.

I was a little apprehensive at first. The staff made me feel a little better. Dr. Gowen was very nice and respectful. He made me feel relaxed. Asked all the right questions and did a wonderful job. I would definitely go back for another eye exam. I left there feeling as if he knew what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable about his occupation. I went there only for an eye examination. Dr. Gowen and his assistant were every nice and professional. The scheduled appointment started on time and went smoothly. I was able to ask questions, during the exam, and they answered them all. Great experience! Highly recommended.

Came back to Visionworks After experiencing a couple of other eyeglass companies. Time well spent they corrected the first prescription and explained why the discrepancy happened in the first place with the first prescription. Replaced the lenses on both glasses quickly with corrected prescription. I will certainly be back as I've used Vision Works since I was in my forties as a college student and realized I initially needed glasses. Thank you!
