Horrible! They changed the time of my appointment then was still not seen because i had my other daughter with me n since only one was scheduled the other could not be in building. I took off work to coordinate several appointments in one day. Very inconvenient!

I have been a customer of vision works in other locations before and this store really stood out to me, the customer service was wonderful. As soon as I walked in the ladies in the front greeted me with a smile. One of the ladies (I believe she said her name is Aja) really went out of her way to explain everything that is offered and was approachable with all of the questions I had . She was able to answer all of them.

I made an appointment for an eyeglasses fitting for my 4 year old. He has never worn glasses before. I walked in thinking I would be able to sit down with someone but the girl just pointed me to a very cluttered wall of glasses and said I can pick from there. When I asked for advice on how to look for a good fit she basically ignored me and said to just try them on, she barely spoke more than a few words to need. I assumed since I made an appt I would get better service. This was terrible and I walked out flustered and with nothing.

Great experience. Tina, Dr. Heatley and the receptionist did a great job helping me. This was my first time getting eyeglasses at an optometrist and although I had received an eye exam at Kaiser last year, I still had lots of questions. So going to Americas Best in pleasant hill was the best choice that I could make. They explained my exam results and took care of all of the paperwork quickly. I am looking forward to getting my new transition eye glasses in 2 weeks!

Really bad horrible service. I physically went to the location on Saturday for appointment. The front desk girl Alex gave me appointment today Monday, Feb 26th at 4.30 but told me to go around 5 O’clock. She had me filled up all the papers. Took my license and inshurance. I was waiting till 5.30. The she brought her manager and saying Dr will leave at 5.40 and Dr can’t see me. She said I was late but Alex her employee told he to go at 5 O’clock. Whey did they took all my information and filled up all the paperwork? I think it’s just to bill my Inshurance. Please beware….

Dr. Amerine is amazing. Very polite and respectful. Explains everything clearly and listens to patients concerns. Also, thank you for your service Colonel.

Dr. Hart and his staff are excellent. They gave me back 20-20 vision in both of my eyes after cataract surgery. They are professional, friendly, and efficient. I am very thankful to have them.

Dr Boyer was kind, caring, and thorough. I would definitely recommend him for retinal issues.

Had an eye injury that was very uncomfortable, and they were able to work me in between clients the morning I called. Staff was very nice, and doctor was very helpful and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. My experience with them has been great.

I have been a patient here for about 8 years. The front desk staff and back office staff have always been nice and friendly. Dr Chang is wonderful (as is Dr. Rosenberg.) He is friendly, professional and explains everything well. The most positive thing I can say is that their scheduling seems more efficient and the wait times are 100% improved.
