Came back to Visionworks After experiencing a couple of other eyeglass companies. Time well spent they corrected the first prescription and explained why the discrepancy happened in the first place with the first prescription. Replaced the lenses on both glasses quickly with corrected prescription. I will certainly be back as I've used Vision Works since I was in my forties as a college student and realized I initially needed glasses. Thank you!

The doctor was very thorough and let me know exactly what she was doing and why. She also gave results of how my vision was changing and assured me that my eyes are progressing normally for my age. Also, the pre-exam was done and I was advised of what was being done and why. Overall the appointment went very well. Everyone was very professional. A very good experience..thank you!

Vision doctors took care of my needs but they truly overbook. We were there 30 min past the time. Took an extra 1 hr vs my normal doc. Truly over booked for the day. Overall met my needs but I hate to have to wait over 30 to see the doc. They charge me if I am late-I should be able to charge them.

Absolutely wonderful, the optical team is knowledgeable and reliable, the technicians are calculated and caring. All around fantastic team, best eye doctors in town.

I have been coming here for years, and today this facility did something awesome for me, in time of need. Which I purchased over a year ago therefore the warranty is void, and could not find any that would fit my lenses. However, the kind receptionist and the doctor put an order in for replacement frames even though the warranty was void, at the same price that it would have been. Let me tell you, at a time when I really needed my faith restored people, this simple kind gesture was just the thing I needed. I thank you Doc, and your entire staff for not only being a great eye care facility but also being awesome warm and kind people. Thank you so very much ☺

I’m tired of their standard contact fitting fee when we don’t get contacts here, and arguing with them about it. It’s basically their way of charging you to give you a copy of your contact prescription so you can go buy cheaper contacts somewhere else. We’ve been coming here for years but I’m finally over it. Hope their $34 contact fitting fee was worth the loss of an entire family’s business.

Staff were great! Friendly and knowledgeable. Sadly I felt the wait was over long. I checked in at 9 and didn’t see the Dr. till 10:15.

My wife and I have been here several times. My wife even had cataracts removed on both eyes two years ago. I will be having my right eye done after the first of the year. It is always a very busy place but no one has ever hurried us. From registration to pre Pre exams to the actual doctor visit everybody took the time to answer questions and explain everything. Everybody was very friendly and professional. I guarantee you I would not trust my or my wife's eyes to people I did not trust. Our experience today and each time we go to Rocky Mtn. we leave satisfied with the care we receive. They have opened two new clinics. One is in Pueblo West about a half mile from our house we still go to the one in Montebello. No reason other than we feel so comfortable going there. I am sure the others are just as good in every way. We just like to stick with what we feel comfortable with. We are very loyal customers ( I have had State Farm Insurance since 1971). For us Rocky Mountain is the right choice!

Took great care of me. No setting and waiting forever. Moved me right thru all procedures. Very kind, helpful and answered all my questions. Best place to go to get your eyes checked and get great glasses. I really enjoyed the visit.

To start with they don't currently have a in house doctor. They take a picture of your eye then everything is done remotely. The 2 techs were right there with you during the process but I still would like to see a real person. I was not told ahead of time that this was the case and when my family of 5 showed up for our exams we were told we would be charged a $38 fee per person for the digital pictures to be taken. Those were not paid for by my insurance so that was an extra $190 that was out of my pocket that I had no idea was coming. If I would have known this ahead of time I would have made an appointment at another branch with a real doctor. Just want to say the Tech's are great and really try to help ease your apprehension with the whole process. IMO my kids didn't do all that well with it and again I would have liked them to see a in person doctor. I was told by the office manager that he was sorry for the confusion and that he would talk to the staff. I personally think they don't tell you ahead of time so that you will still show up. The optical staff is very slow and don't seem to be very knowledgeable. If you need to get glasses I would personally go somewhere else. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the techs are great especially Donovan.

I’ve never had such a negative experience in my 40 years of wearing glasses. The people that work at this location are rude, and impatient with their customers. They refuse to bill insurance, and charge way too much for poor quality glasses. They tell people to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed by their insurance. They’re not contracted with Manhattan vision, so I had to file a claim myself. They don’t let me choose the frames I want. They literally told me that the frames I wanted looked terrible. It’s my face that has to wear them not there’s. Don’t ever go to ABBA Eye Care unless you want to be treated like you’re an idiot. This was my first and last visit with them.
