The doctor is great.. Very nice and thorough. Optical tech, Flo, is terrible. She was racist, stereotypical and discriminatory. If you go be careful of her. I won’t be returning!!!

Botched my ptosis surgery to the point where it became way more noticeable and I couldn’t fully close the eye for years. Tried to get my medical records for a revision consultation with another doctor, but they threw away my medical records. Go somewhere else

I love it here. The doctor was amazing answered all my questions. Kimberly was amaaaazing! She was so much help and explained the pricing in a way I would understand. Kimberly was patient with me and so very helpful with trying on glasses and never made it feel like a task, she made the experience so much fun. She has an amazing personality and is great at what she does. Great service !

I'm recently new to Arizona and I needed to find an eye doctor that specialized in dry eye testing and treatment. I did a search and found Elite Dry Eye Spa. I was able to schedule an appointment and Dr. Bevels did some very thorough testing and reviewed all the findings with me. I was doing some home care but not consistently so she put a plan in place that I've been using since November. I also had the Lipiflow treatment done and after a few weeks I can now feel the benefits! I recently had my recheck appointment and my numbers look good and my eyes feel much better. Now that I can feel the difference I'll continue to follow Dr. Bevels recommendations. Please give her a try before giving up hope as there are things you can do to get comfort and relief.

First time I ever been to eye doctor Wise Optometry made it so easy, they took the time to understand my concerns, explain in detail the process and answered all my questions. The doctor and staff are very professional, understanding and kind. I really recommend this place, I wish I can give more stars Wendy takes the time to follow up with you if you have any questions or concerns I’m very impressed with the top quality of customer service.
