Having just moved to The Villages I didn't know who to go to to have my wife's and my eyes examined. Upon checking the internet I chose Hindsight based on others recommendations and boy am I glad I did. From the moment we walked in the door until we left we were treated like family. The staff and Doctor Russell were very professional and I would highly recommend this practice. What a great experience.

I love this practice. I called them with an eye emergency. Julie couldn't get me in but gave me practices to call. She told me to call back if no one could see me. She got me in. Dr. Randall is super. One of the best exams I have ever had. I worked for an opthamologist so I know. I also got my new glasses there. I will be going back there again. Everyone is very helpful, and the whole place is super clean.

I have received semi-good care here. I saw Dr Ramsay for the 1st time on this visit and was pleased. He was personable, explained well and took his time with me. I still have an issue with the short staffing problems and having to wait outside on a porch until someone comes to answer the door. Ridiculous customer service. It was raining, thundering and lightening on my last visit. No way was I waiting on a porch for them to let me in. The front staff doesn't appear to pay any attention to those coming in for an appointment. I waited outside at least 25 minutes and well past my appointment time before being "allowed" in. . Being Covid conscious is one thing but it's time to step up your professionalism and provide better customer service.

It was a very good visit. Staff us very polite and thorough. The doctor even suggested that I check about a free pair of glasses even though I could still use the ones I had. Julie was extremely helpful and gave me the choice of different options and gave me examples to choose from. Great visit!!

Office personnel are so friendly. Partial to my doctor Dr. Ramsey. Have been seeing him for years. I feel you would be very happy with your visit there. They also have an excellent optical section where you can find the newest and best glasses.

Been going there since they were at their old location a bit further south from where they are now. Saw both Dr.'s and now just see Dr Carol. She has taken great care of me. I only need very slight correction to read and nothing for longer distance. They are the only game in town!

The opthamologist was very nice and he went out of his way to make me comfortable and explain everything to me. The lady in the front office that I dealt with that helped me pick out my glasses was very friendly and welcoming. She figured out my style after a little while and I ended up settling on the frames she recommended. The equipment seem to be up to date and very clean. Thank you for making this experience easier.

I had new lenses with bifocals cut into my prescription written by the VA, to be used in my old frames. I rather pay a little extra and get the right prescription lens cut so I can see out them and not get headaches or have to look out on an angle to read. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. I watched how they dealt with other customers too, while I visited a few time, and saw the same professionalism towards them. Thanks and we will recommend our fellow veterans and friends to you!

Dr Russell took the time and used every tool in his arsenal to find the best prescription for my unusual eye condition, and Abraham and co. recommended the best combination of lenses. The result is much improved vision and a forever customer. Excellent, professional organization.

My experience was not good! For contact exam $144—— after getting correct lens strength I was told they’d have to order my “trials” (they only had one box 2 days) new contact Accuvue Oasys Max… upon checking out the young girl said “oh, those aren’t in the system so I don’t know price or when we’ll get any in” - I asked if she would call me when I can place an order ….WELL it’s been 32 days and NO ONE from office has ever called to say “hey your trials are in or we got your products” —- all they seemed to care about was getting you in and out. If a customer comes in for a contact exam, they most likely NEED contacts ! Of course I know I can call around and find out who sells them. This is not like going to a “family or small owned eye doctor” where they know you and call with followup on your products.
