After 15 years, finally needed new glasses and came to Specs Optical to get some new frames! Esther helped me select some frames that fit my face shape and I loved it! I ended up with three new pairs and I now wear it almost every other day! The quality is exceptional! Love the wide selection! Service is super friendly and speedy! Thank you and I’ll definitely be back for more in a couple years! 2022 update: got four more pairs just because I love the quality of frames, lens and the professional friendly service! 😃

I was recommended by a friend to Specs Optical. The store now has a sleek decor with a new selection of fashionable frames, after the current owner Esther took over the business from her mom. She was super patient and helpful even though I tried on literally half of the frames in the store. I ended up choosing the first frame that she picked out for me, which shows how good she is! I also loved how she gives out a free Ferrero Rocher when she brought my finished glasses out. I mean, who doesn’t love chocolate right? Anyways, I would definitely recommend stopping by this place if you’re looking for a new pair of glasses.

I would stay away from places that feel the need to write self reviews to boost their ratings. Look at the number of reviews each reviewer has, pretty much all are less than 10. All pointing to them creating accounts and posting reviews for themselves. I was NOT impressed by their selections, all random brands except a few, seems like a China dump at exhorbitant prices. Don't get fooled. I even saw their self promotion in local social media groups. Ugh! Oh it is not a fake review. Been there seen that. I saw same frames in other Optometry places for way less. Your patients have written just 1 review? I have seen so many businesses do this, create accounts, post self reviews like readers can't see through that.

Wow! I absolutely love this place! The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. They were able to look up my insurance plan before I booked an appointment to see what I was covered for/under. My appointment was efficient - exactly 30 minutes. The Doctor was very informative and charismatic! I felt like he knew what he was doing which always feels safe. He gave me advice about glasses BUT I asked for contacts and he gave me great advice on them as well. He continued to ask if I had any questions and was able to answer them. I literally walked across the street for my appointment, he was so close! I feel lucky. And great thing is - he’s open every other Saturday! So I didn’t have to take PTO to come to this appointment or move my weekday schedule around. Highly recommend.

Doc is good but his staff can be polite..almost feels like they are doing us a favor here by taking us in. I was there at 255pm for my kids doc appointment and they were running late..which is understandable. What bothered me was the staff sends someone else before me for a quick check without letting me know or taking my permission (this person was a walk-in ). This is unprofessional and I asked to reschedule my appointment around 3.15pm since we had a 4pm appointment somewhere else. instead of a simple sorry, they get defensive.

These guys say they are open till 4pm which is tough to visit on weekday. Even if we make time and go by 3.15pm, this store is closed. Why show 4 pm when you close before that?. Forget 4pm, these guys don’t even stick till 3pm. Update the … More

Very nice atmosphere and care

Last Friday I brought the glasses I received a week before to be repaired. There was an attempt to send me to repair the problem at my expense. I insisted that they must fix the problem for me. I was told that the manager would arrive soon and at 11:00 they would call me. Since they did not contact me until 17:00, I decided to go to the place of business where I was told that I would have to wait a week until the manager arrived because only she decides. I explained to them that until she arrives I won't be able to read, or use a computer or anything close. Unfortunately, there was no one to talk to. I would like to mention that the price of the glasses was the most expensive I have ever seen in my life. . To tell the truth, going to the dollar store was much better than the highest price and worst service

I called the office in Cupertino for my mom. The reception was professional and answer all my questions. They take medical too. Made an appointment. This morning I took my mom there. The doctor was very nice with a lot patience. Recommended to go there.
