Horrible and the most unprofessional business EVER. I would have given this place negative stars if possible. Erica, the receptionist is evil - she is unprofessional and a complete liar. I would stay away from this place like the plague.

Fantastic... She was really great with my kids. Especially with the one whose first time getting glasses

Positives: Big staff, pretty responsive. Negatives: Take long time to deliver glasses, not very knowledgeable (I had to call up my insurance to clarify about my frames and come back a second time because they didn't know well), frame selection is a bit mediocre and overpriced for the selection.

Saw Dr. Au today for the first time. She was really easy going, patient and knowledgable. It’s hard to find healthcare practitioners who will spend time walking you through all of their outcomes as they just seem so busy and want to move on to their next patient - didn’t get that sense at all from Dr. Au. Highly recommended.

Dr. Au is amazing. It's really been a while since I've met such a thorough doctor who doesn't rush through appointments, and her bedside manner is just awesome!
